Went mid morning. There was no waiting. The tech knew what to do so this was speedy service. I needed an emissions check also. The check was in a different unmarked building with 2 unmarked parking spaces. Not so convenient. Waited in a small waiting room for quite a while before the emissions check was completed.All in all it was a good experience (oil changed and emissions check done in about 45 minutes.

The South Mason Rd location is one of the best, with excellent staff and fast complete service! Very friendly and knowledgeable, they make sure that you understand each step, and provide visual inspection of oil levels, filters, etc. all from the comfort of your car. They are actually just like their commercials, fast. I appreciate too the integrity of the staff, offering additional services but with no pressure, and if not necessary, letting you know. Also like the free oil checks between servicing, topping off your oil if needed. I highly recommend this location for your oil changes and vehicle inspections!
