After initial perceived positive customer experience, I am now deeply filled with regret on the investment I made with Helzberg for our wedding bands and engagement ring.
It’s been less than a year and we’ve had to come the store 7 times to resize, replace diamonds falling out and only after two months my wedding band looks like it’s 10 years old and had to be sent to be refurbished.
My wife’s ring has never fit right and I am charged yet again to try to add beads to make this fit properly.
If you’re buying anything reasonably high-end, I would advise avoiding the nightmare. I wish I could go back in time and have avoided this expensive mistake.

When shopping for an engagement ring, I went to 7 jewelers to find what I was looking for. Edith and Cathy made it an easy decision that Helzberg was the right choice for my purchase.
They took time to walk me through all of my options, educated me, and helped me pick out several diamonds to order in and compare in person. I was able to build the perfect ring that my fiancé LOVES!
Thank you Cathy and Edith for the great outcome of such an important day for both of us!

Garrett at Helzberg Diamond did an Amazing job helping my husband find me my 10yr anniversary ring. It was more beautiful than anything I could’ve imagined! The price was just as amazing, my husband was happy and we will never shop anywhere else. I highly recommend driving out to see Garrett in Katy, genuine love for his customers!!
