I Reserved a car for 12:30 pm
Pay for an Uber to get to their place. Got there at 12:15 and there's a notice on the door that the schedule changed closed at 12 PM. They left me out on the street with no vehicle. They did not call me, did not send me an email.Although they had all my information , totally irresponsible , and it happened to at least two other people. No more business from me.

Absolutely terrible service.
We came to pick up the Tesla we had reserved a month in advance. No one ever called us, and when we arrived, they told us they never actually have Teslas available. Instead, they offered us a much cheaper car.
Even though our Gold Membership is still active, they claimed it wasn’t valid and said we had to pay an extra daily fee for a second driver. The staff were completely unwilling to cooperate, wouldn’t listen, and made rude faces the entire time.
Absolutely awful experience — do not rent cars here. I honestly think they should be sued for misleading their customers.

My experience with Hertz Rental Car is always top tier. Customer service is extremely important to me. Johnezel, Nahji, and Kash customer service is unmatched. The three of them are truly heaven sent. They really love their job, and they work hard to make sure their customers have the best experience. They are experts in choosing the best selection of vehicles for their customers. Everything from booking, pick-up, and returning is a seamless process. Johnezel, Nahji, and Kash always provide exceptional customer service. A big thanks to the owners and general manager for hiring such fantastic people. Hopefully, in the near future you open more locations because Hertz Rental Car is definitely a blessing in the Katy Community.

My first time renting from Hertz Car Rental.
I had a great experience from beginning to end. First, I want to thank the owners and general manager for hiring such wonderful people. Both Johnezel and Nahji are amazing. They always greet you with a smile, and they work hard to make sure their customers have a great experience. Both are extremely knowledgeable of their products. They go above and beyond to make sure they put their customers in the best vehicle. Hertz car rental policies and prices are reasonable. Even when they are busy, they still take care of their customers, and they treat you like family. Kash is awesome, and he's really eager to help. He doesn't talk much, but he made me laugh, and I appreciate him. Johnezel, Nahji, and Kash are the perfect trio. They all provided excellent customer service, and they are definitely an asset to the company.

They accepted my booking for a truck, but when I came to pick it up, they told me they didn’t have the vehicle I needed. Instead, they said I should either choose an SUV out there or cancel the reservation. I find this kind of business practice extremely distasteful and disgusting.

No integrity at this place. We turned in our rental car on time the day it was due. My husband walked in and turned in the keys to an employee inside. We were charged $2,000 for a late return and for parking in the wrong spot (we parked right in front of the hertz). We will be taking further steps since the customer service will not return our money

On my way to pick up vehicle due to me making a prior reservation. Deshaun miller calls me and states the vehicle I requested is not available. So I get to the location because he states he can help with something else. He than gives me run down of the rental policy which was fine. There was an issue with me being able to get the rental. Upon the disappointment of me not being able to rent Keshaun miller proceeds to the back following Dee Harris and decide to crack a joke and laugh due to my situation. When I called him out about it he than proceeds to say it wasn’t him than switches his story when I say that is not professional (could have waited to I left to crack a joke) johnezel the manager was sitting on the phone while this was going on helping a customer not once did he engage to de-escalate the situation( we are in a place of business and the employees was not conducting a professional manor) Dee than comes back to the front and says what? At this point I Interupted the manager and asked for corporate number. He said hold on, 15 minutes later he hands me a flyer with customer service number ( which does not lead to you speaking to a corporate person) speaking directly to the manager, I asked him for his employees names. Don wants to make a complaint Keyshawn, then jumps in the conversation, says I’ll write my name down for you. The manager did not engage with his employee telling him to refrain from having a conversation with me due to our dispute. Keyshawn then switches his story again and says oh I apologize for self esteem. Again manager did not address his employee to refrain from communicating with me. A bunch of men trying to degrade women is very unsettling.

Huge shoutout to Nahji at Hertz! He truly saved the day for me. I came in needing a vehicle that could haul my two motorcycles, and without hesitation, he went above and beyond to get me into a truck that was perfect for the job. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free. Thanks to Naghi, what could have been a big headache turned into a smooth and easy process. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend Hertz and especially Nahji to anyone in need of a rental.

We booked a vehicle 2 weeks in advance through AAA. Our original location was at the I10 and Dairy Ashford location- We received a call at 7:45am (15 minutes before scheduled pick up) from the location stating they did not have our car available and that we will receive a call around 10:30am when one becomes available. We kept calling and calling until we decided to show up around 11:30 am STILL NO CAR. So we were sent over to the airport (where they said more cars will be available) Got to BUSH IAH lady said they do not honor outside airport bookings. WHAT!!!!! So we called the original location back and he sent us to the Katy location- they had a vehicle not the size we booked. Yet- we were still charged more than our original booking. Instead of paying $357.00 we ended up paying $560.00. By this time its 6pm and we just needed to get on the road. We have already lost almost a day. We went on our trip and still returned the vehicle a day early for $3.00 off. YAY! 😠 Starting from the beginning HERTZ should stop booking vehicles that they do not have on their lot. DO BETTER! No kind of customer service.

I’m not big into making negative reviews, but this is by far the most ridiculous/unprofessional situation I have dealt with in a long time. I had a reservation today at noon to pickup a vehicle and the store hours are listened online and thru the app 9am-1pm. I arrived at the pickup location at noon and the store is closed with a sign on the door that says 9am-12pm. Why are you not alerting customers of the time change or updating your new times so customers could plan ahead? Why is a noon reservation available to book but that is the time that you close? I was one of several customers sitting outside the location waiting to pickup an existing reservation. This has inconvenienced me and I could have went with other options if I knew that this was the case. I will also be informing my corporate company about this matter and see about ending partnerships with Hertz. Completely unbelievable and unacceptable.

Came here to pick up a vehicle I had a prepaid reservation for. They did not have the vehicle I reserved there or nearby. Calling in advance to verify anything about the vehicle was near impossible as I was put on hold for 30 minutes at a time. Updating a reservation to potentially wait a few hours for the vehicle to be returned has to be done on the phone and cannot be done in person, which makes no sense that the people in the office don't have power to do that based on local circumstances. They use every opportunity to upcharge you. I don't think I'll be renting from hertz again. The problems others have mentioned seem more company policy than the fault of any particular location. Their deceptive tactics do not result in return business
