The reason I’m giving this place a one star review is probably because it’s mostly not just my style but even online I don’t like any of the clothes and that makes me sad. A lot of the in-store clothes are not very good looking and I used to shop here because that was one of the only places that my mom would let me get clothes. As always, much love from Houston and the universe.

Sad cashiers not willing to help a little extra just there to scan clothes, no smile, no hello, bad bad customer service. Want to say few other things about my bad experience but Checking other reviews it’s very sad that management is very poor in acknowledging and don’t care about customer service here at this location so there is no point.

Great big store with lots of great clothes. I was really disappointed with their Black Friday sales, 30% off really? When others are 50% off and more. The employees are ok as far as being friendly and they don't ask you if you need help. So the customer service area can definitely improve here. It's absolutely awful. In the fitting room it says that if you need a different size to ask their staff, hmmm how? Nobody is ever at the fitting room. You just walk right in. When you come out if someone is there they don't even ask you anything. They just keep doing what they're doing. The lines are long because there is always only one person checking people out while others do nothing.

Go to place to get basic staples, like hoodies, jackets, jeans, corduroy pants etc. They usually carry decent quality trend wear at reasonable prices.

The worst h&m shopping experience ever. I needed a different size and when I asked the manager (Tasha) to help me, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. She told me they didn’t have a small but because of her bad attitude I knew she didn’t check properly. After paying, I went to check and saw several smalls. When I told her, she was extremely rude and unreasonable.She asked me to wait in line again to make payment. My initial wait in line was 20 mins and she wanted me to queue again. Tasha seemed extremely overwhelmed and was taking her frustration out on me. I suggest she gets some managerial training.
