Great hotel to stay at. The rooms are nice. The place is maintained. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and courteous. The manager, assistant manager, clerks and housekeeping. I will stay here again when I return. The store for snacks and drinks has a good selection and reasonable prices.

I didn’t really stay at the hotel, but if a friend is staying the facilities have always been spectacularly comfortable, just like the attention is unmatched, for every reason, I can say that it is good that’s why I recommend that Hotel to my friend

The staff was very friendly, great location, hotel bathroom could use some tender loving care. The floors lately in hotels have been dirty. This time in this hotel it had hair & food, I asked the worker if they could vacuum and it looked the same as before. That was disappointing. Breakfast was ok..The breakfast worker was nice & had her stationed stocked & clean.There was pancakes, bacon/sausage , yogurt, eggs/omelet, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, potatoes & fruit.

Our room was clean -staff was friendly-breakfast was hot and. Yummy. Now our TV was broken,a chair was broken. They gave us another chair but didn't take the broken with them. Whirlpool was broken - the pool was Great after a hot afternoon it felt good. I would give this hotel had one good thing for them. They had multiple beds. I won't be staying at holiday inn and suites again.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire entire life. Arrived at the hotel on Friday and by Saturday morning, my truck was stolen and reported a total loss. By the skeptics of this entire situation it seems like thieves are targeting this location and nothing is being done about it from higher-ups or corporate. I also believe that if a vehicle is to be reported stolen at a considerable time, it shouldn’t take management up to seven hours later to address the situation. I highly believe that this situation could’ve been handled differently with a lot more professionalism, but unfortunately, the thieves this is an easy target with no accountability so if tI am looking to go into Houston, do not stay here let this be a warning to anybody to come to this hotel, please save yourself the headache.

OK Holiday lnn & Suites are my preferred hotel foe a few reasons. #1 COMFY SERTA BEDS & PILLOWS, #2 Cleanliness, #3 price. This location had all 3 except the bed was well indented in my room #405. It needed to be mattress flipped or a new one. It wasn't horrible l slept good it just wasn't as good as other times/locations. But this location is kept very clean & is very safe w cameras. It has several good restaurants surrounding it and on the other side of the lnterstate lots of shopping. Employees were friendly. Prices were good. If the mattress had been better l would have rated it a 5.

I wished I could give this hotel a 5 stars, but nope. I know I haven’t stayed here but the experience that I tried to visit this hotel 2 times is unacceptable. I just wanted to go there JUST to film the elevators but the manager said no 2 TIMES. Either if the manager doesn’t allow photography or the manager doesn’t even care about elevators. DOESN’T MATTER! And how come JimLiElevators can film these but I can’t? And how come other hotels can allow you to film but not this? ??♂️

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Katy Texas and I want to say the stay was amazing very nice clean and friendly knowledgeable of everything. Jasmine at the front desk amazing customer service. If I’m here again I will be staying here. ?
