We stopped in to Holiday World of Katy and sat with John Harris for over an hour. Even though we were not ready to buy yet he was patient and had our best interest in mind. We will make the trip from Wisconsin when we do decide and definitely look John up. The Katy location is huge with all the amenities a dealership should have. Thank you John for taking customer service to a new high for us.

While on vacation the power supply cord to my Little Guy Max was "pulled out" and dragged on the highway which ruined it. I stopped at Holiday World of Katy. I was hot mess not knowing how I was going to get to my destination. These guys were fantastic. They treated me with kindness and respect. Could not have had a better experience. Darla, Craig and Jeff from parts Thank You. I do not know the name of the technician but he was great too. Again, Thank You for all of your help.

Idk why so many low stars. Maybe some Karens mad because of lack of communication but I had a great experience visiting compared to camping world (actual 1 star there)Ask questions and everything went great. Came to service one time and 3 weeks later came to buy a grand design reflection. Walked around and looked at these half a million dollar ones inside while I waited. Free coffee and water in the back waiting room.

Matt in service did a great job. He worked with me on several issues I was having. He explained everything clearly and even educated me on how a couple of systems on my RV are designed to work.

Holiday World of Katy Texas, l gave you one star because I couldn't give you a minus five! I would like to thank the parts manager, for not returning my phone calls AGAIN! I have called him twice in the last month. Wait a minute, I am not trying to buy a camper. I have a warranty problem, as well as other questions. He wants me to email. When I do, it ends with " I will have my people look into it ." Poof, like a fart in the wind he disappears AGAIN! Maybe after this someone can teach him how to dial a phone.

Want to give a thumbs up to Matt Tran in service for sticking with us on a long process that needed repeated communication with our RV’s manufacturer. He was prepared to receive us at our appointment time and always was very professional towards us. I also need to say thanks to Brenda for quick, cheerful communication on the appointment reminders and to Tina Wainwright for personally checking on our intake process. Much better service and friendly attention than I have experienced in any other dealership. Thanks again

Dishonest and will take advantage of you. Let me start by saying I completely understand buying something as is, no warranty, that us why we attempted to get the true status of the unit. I went to this lot and fully explained the situation my family and I were in. After having bad luck with our previous unit and initially making a purchase at another retailer where we were sold a defective unit, I came here after my family had already been displaced for a week, living in a hotel. We found a unit and did a walk through. This business prided itself on being family owned and honest. Thats a joke. During our walk through, we noticed a soft spot in the floor. Given the luck we had previously had, we inquired about it to the salesperson and was told it was in the design because it's between 2 vents. We asked what repairs had been made to the unit and were told everything had been minor cosmetic repairs. They stated all units were thoroughly inspected, and ensured it to be in full working order. I was also persuaded to buy an extended warranty to cover interior mechanical issues and it was stated anything electrical or plumbing was included. Ok, worth the $200 additional a month to pay for it. We believed them. Fast forward to a little over 40 days in the unit. The toilet fell through the bathroom floor and the small soft spot continued to worsen. My husband found a small leak. We were able to repair, but now the entire floor is ruined. I made multiple calls to the business, speaking with finance to determine if the warranty would cover, and was never answered, just persuaded to talk with services. The initial person I spoke with stated that there had been work done to the floor and it had been braced. He also stated he was sure they should be able to take care of me since I had barely had the unit over 40 days. Here we are today, 3 months later, after constant run around, me taking 2 days off work to take the rv to them to finally inspect and then 3 days of waiting for them to tell me they're not going to proceed with any repairs. Basically I am SOL! So sell me a 20k unit with a 5k ext warranty, and 90 days later, the entire floor is basically ruined and almost unlivable, making my family potentially homeless. Oh, the warranty covers plumbing, but not any damage sustained from faulty plumbing. The sales manager just wanted to argue that he wasnt around for any conversations, so he could do nothing. He is rude, unsympathetic, unwilling to listen, and basically worthless. I have been in customer service and management for 20+ years and he definitely has no idea how to do either. Just wanted to say not my fault and pass the buck. I am telling you, do not believe a word any of them say. You better READ ALL DOCUMENTS THOROUGHLY AND DO NOT TRUST THAT THEY HAVE ANY INTEGRITY AT ALL. Do not make the mistake I have made. You will be screwed out of thousands. I had multiple people look at the damage and stated it was likely pre-existing. Even the guy who looked at the flooring stated they had done work to the floor and the vinyl was all messed up and needed completely replaced. I wish I would have recorded the conversation. Now I have absolutely no assistance and stuck paying for a unit that will cost thousands to repair and try to determine what our family will do. Save yourself the time and money and take your business elsewhere!Edit- read their reviews elsewhere as well. It sounds like their M.O. is to lie to get a sale and make false promises about everything. Scum!!

Tom in sales and Madison the camping advisor gave us the best RV buying experience! This is our second fifth wheel we bought from Holiday World and yet again they gave us an easy and speedy service. I highly recommend you seeing them when looking to buy your next RV!
