I had such a great experience yesterday thanks to Asia! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knew exactly how to assist customers without being pushy. Her positive energy made the whole environment feel welcoming, and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping people. Asia was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of.
If you’re ever shopping and want top-tier service with a smile, Asia is the one to look for. She’s a true asset to the sales floor and deserves all the recognition!

This Hollister is connected to an Abercrombie so it was easy to flow between the two stores. The men’s options were definitely limited compared to other locations but I was still happy because it had a large and impressive clearance section. I was served quickly both at the cashier and fitting room and was greeted with a smile. It was well-kept and organized! I ended up buying three tops.

I love hollister but the staff here was awful.I came with my family a few days ago and my pre-teen cousin wanted to get something that she had her eye on for the longest time.She got the courage to go up to the counter and ask a question (she can be shy at times) but the fact was when she came back from asking questions we found her in the dressing room sobbing.I’m a big family person and seeing one of my little cousins cry broke my heart.We finally got her to calm down and said she went up and asked her questions and their reply was laughing at her and not giving her a clear answer.Honestly I know that teenage girls can be mean but laughing at a 12 year old girl is disgusting behavior.I asked for the manger and when we told her what had happened she looked like she couldn’t give a single damn about what not one but two of her employees did.I was so sad to see a happy girl excited to shop at her favorite store just to come out in tears.

This store has a large selection of nice clothing at a good price.
However, I was disappointed with the staffing. When asked a question, they seemed to be annoyed or inconvenienced.
The cashier automatically rounded my total up for charity, without asking me. He gave me a total of 19.43, but when I tapped my card I looked up and saw it changed to $20. I don't mind rounding up to charity, but he didn't ask and I noticed when it was too late.
Probably won't come back to this location. I enjoy the Cypress location more and it's not too far.

I had to tell your cashier #02483180 to do her job. When I asked if there was a reason she was not focusing on the transaction she caught an attitude. All you had to do was use your words. Your working in customer service your job requires you to service your customers. If you can’t do it someone else will. Carolina however has great customer service and deserves a raise!

the tall girl with light-ish brown hair doing manager tasks is rude, i won’t be back. asked a simple question and a got a rude remark back, it’s not that serious, chill out.
