Went in to get a copy of an old purchase receipt, got help immediately, it was a pleasant experience
Went in today for a ryobi buffer, after two times to get the cabinet open, left empty handed. I guess I will get it on Amazon

Wack wack wack... What happened to the days when they had people helping you. These companies only care about money. U go there you have to find everything yourself. The few workers that are there are way over worked

Why is the customer service at Home Depot always so horrible? It’s like night and day difference shopping here and shopping at Lowe’s. I always feel like I’m at Walmart when I shop at Home Depot. We asked for help and stood there while they called on the intercom for someone to come to our aisle for over 30 minutes and no one ever came. Such a disappointment that it’s like this with almost every single Home Depot store. Go to Lowe’s and it’s like you’re shopping at Target. Come here and feel like you’re shopping at Walmart. If you know what I’m saying.

I came to this location on June 11, 2024 and was looking for a few items. The young man by the name of Mr.Ede who appear to work in garden tools was phenomenal! I said excuse me, and asked for help as he was up on a ladder doing something else at the time. I was looking for the spray bottles, and he came down with a pleasant attitude, not with an attitude, that I’m a bother to him. Then took me to another spot to give me other options. That’s not normal into days time. Mr.Kelvin in electrical and Mr.Kendrick were also phenomenal! Mr.Kelvin helped me to find the bulb I needed, that I was struggling to find the right one, and Mr. Kendrick directed me where to go to find what I needed. The young lady by the name of Ms.Esther was also phenomenal! She assisted with a pleasant attitude and said she would help when it came to working at the self check, to helping place items in bag for me. She had a very pleasant attitude, and made my experience a good one. Each one of these individuals done an excellent job, when it comes to providing excellent customer service.I live a little distance from this location, but have come many times, and I can say each time, I have been satisfied as a customer. I give each one of them 5 stars.⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This store is a complete joke. The “Assistant Manager” if you want to call her that, is rude, impersonal, poorly trained, definitely has no ability in doing even 5% of a job a child running their own lemonade stand could do. A store 6 miles away had the same exact product for $250 less but was out of stock. We came to this store and she refused to honor the price of the other store even though I showed her the price online. We showed her Home Depot’s price match guarantee and she still refused to honor the price. We asked her if we showed her the price at Lowe’s and if she would price match it and she said yes, rolled her eyes at us and just walked off. So instead of giving this store the credit of this sale, I ordered the product on my phone to be delivered to my home at the cheaper price. If this “manager” is so pissed off at life, go get a job where you don’t have to spread your hatred for mankind to society.

Yesterday, my husband and I went to Home Depot to purchase supplies for draining the gutters towards our driveway. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite asking multiple employees for assistance, we found that none of them were knowledgeable about the products we needed, nor did they seem interested in helping us. It was clear that the employees specialize in different departments, but even so, no one offered to call someone who might know more. We were even told by one employee to “just google it.”
On our fourth trip to the store in just two days, we discovered that the 25-foot pipe we paid for was actually only 11.9 feet long, forcing us to return once again. When we spoke to the store manager about this issue, he showed little interest and seemed irritated by our presence. We were already frustrated by the repeated trips and lack of help, and the manager’s attitude only made things worse. He called another employee to assist us, but they never showed up.
Our experience was saved only by a kind lady named Mary Dave. She was the sole employee who genuinely listened to our issue and made an effort to help us. Without her, our multiple trips to Home Depot would have been entirely fruitless.
In summary, our visit to Home Depot was highly disappointing. We encountered unhelpful staff, inadequate product knowledge, and a lack of customer service from the manager. Despite their claims of expertise, we found that few employees knew how to assist us. We spent an unreasonable amount of time and effort without getting the necessary supplies or proper assistance.

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at Home Depot South Fry on a Sunday June the 8th afternoon at 6:00 pm. My project was derailed by the store's inefficient and unfriendly staff.
After selecting the wood studs I needed, I was shocked when the cutting machine operator refused to cut them for me. When the manager finally intervened, the operator had the audacity to tell me he wouldn't cut the wood because it was too narrow (2 inches!). The manager herself was unhelpful and dismissive, telling me "maybe" someone would assist me, but making no promises.
To add insult to injury, the cashier made a bizarre math error, charging me an exorbitant price by multiplying the linear foot price by inches. After two hours of appalling customer service, I left the store without completing my purchase.
My question to Home Depot is: why is it so challenging to provide decent customer service? The lack of care and respect from the staff, including the manager, was staggering. I will think twice before returning to this store.
