We went there and as soon as we were entering the store we were greeted and helped by every personnel we encounter. We needed help to load a heavy bench and we got it quickly. We needed cardboard to protect the window in our truck and a lady went all the way to the back to bring us cardboard. I saw other people being helped it was not only us being treated that way. They went up and beyond with every customer. They deserve 5 stars for doing a great job. Keep it up!

Going to purchase our home appliances went extremely well. Jamal was super helpful, patient, and educated my bf and I about what were our best options as first time appliance buyers. However, the worst part of this is the delivery. We have been waiting all day to receive our appliances and no notifications have been sent to us such as if they’re on their way, if it’s delayed or whatever. We were told they would deliver from 8am and on. We made plans to get to our new home (that we currently do not live in) at that time bc that’s the time that was told. We saw a notification on our door saying they had been there at 7:35am but we were not notified in any way. We called to ask if they could redeliver in which they agreed, customer service was great. However, we received a notification till 3pm saying they had attempted to deliver at 1pm. There was never a knock on the door, no one ever stopped by the house, no type of attempt. I understand that things happen but even the texts received from Home Depot said we would receive a courtesy call to notify 30 minutes ahead which never happened either. After spending so much money, it would’ve been nice that the delivery people would’ve been slightly considerate

One of the worst stores I’ve ever been to. They either don’t know the product they’re selling, are unwilling to help, or just plain rude. Very disappointing.

I try to find a electrical sleeve for my water pump. I asked this employee in electrical department. He told me they don't carry it with 100% confidence, even though I told him the old part was from Home Depot. Later I found it by myself. The employees in this site only help customers they like to help, if you know what I mean.

Enter one side of the store and have to come out the complete opposite side, and if you try to go out of the entrance (closer to my car) an alarm sounds.
