I want to really emphasize the importance of having the right people to help you in the process of buying a home. It’s truly a journey and a very complicated process, which I was VERY fortunate to have found Jennifer Looper and her team!
I had a very horrible experience the first time around with another company years ago, so my expectations were very high and I wasn’t going to accept just mediocre work from anyone again.
But Jennifer L. and her team, they definitely helped me EVERY step of the way and surpassed my expectations! From understanding all the new information to answering every question I had, even the minimalist ones. She never hesitated to repeat or answer the calls and they were a lot! Even going over the documents over and over until I felt satisfied and understood everything. It’s a lot but her team made it feel very personal, and that’s what we needed. She was very honest with me from the beginning and something I appreciated was that she told me she wouldn’t promise me something she couldn’t do for us and would tell us how it was. I knew it was a business transaction but she also was looking out for us too and that I am very thankful for! Closing was a breeze with her and the turn around time was truly stunning.
