I was recently recommended to go here from my children’s school. This place offered showers, meals, and laundry. I was sadly told that they don’t help homeless families only homeless individuals. Although on their website shows homeless families being helped. (WHICH IS CLEARLY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) I feel bad because I recommend other homeless single mothers there for assistance as well only to find out that we will all be turned around. 😢 When I inquired about supper on Tuesday and Thursdays at Crosspoint 700 Westgreen Katy, Tx. I was informed that there’s no available space and that it’s not suitable for children. However, on their website again shows an African American family in line gathering food with a children’s. Maybe they are making some changes but at least update your website and brochures. After mentioning that they need to update their website and brochures she did supplied me with a $20 gift card for a sandwich. (That was a blessing.)

Ms Tina has done an amazing job creating real change for the homeless and underserved in our community for the past ten years. This organization offers real hope and change for a better future for everyone that comes through the door. She has helped countless community members and loved on each person she meets in the process. This place is truly special.

Horrible organization causing a huge homeless problem in the Katy area. The homeless they provide warm showers & meals have taken over with nearby encampments leading to tons of crime in what used to be a nice safe family neighborhood. They protect drug addicts & criminals by taking care of these encampments and encouraging more homeless to reside there. Not only are they creating a lot of crime in the area, but they are also polluting the creek they are living around. I highly recommend that no one supports this organization. While they may be helping the homeless, they are creating an unsafe community for residents who live in the surrounding neighborhoods.

The place lives up to its name. The people here are so kind and helpful, the folks they help are really good hearted and usually just down on some luck. There is no amount of words that can sum up just how greatfull I am for the help they gave me, without Hope Impacts - Fry road would be a terrible place. Tina is an amazing person, and her crew there shares her passion for helping others while giving you a way out of whatever you're dealing with.

Services are excellent ? the community is helping. But only hope that the housing in katy would start taking vouchers or Housing would up date there list and help those like Hope Impacts trying to help those in need ? eas there burden and give them what they need and that goes for the food banks as well. Excellent Hope Impacts clapping ?for you ? THANK Y'All.

It's a great place to try and help the homeless people get off the streets if they really need it and want it and help the ones that don't want to get off , they help me , I got housing voucher for life,and that's a Blessing from GOD and it came about through Hope Impacts !!

Hope impacts has given me the support I needed to get my life back .when I had no one else they were there helping me. They really care. There are so many homeless people that the people of hope impacts helps. They make you feel important again .
