First I want to share that the Physical Therapists are amazing and so is the staff, however, the billing, records and patient advocate department is an absolute mess. They will send you bills for random dates that you owe money, even if you were set up for auto pay. They will ask you to prove you have paid and will still give you a hard time even after you show proof on the dates they bill you. No one cares in the billing department to help and the patient advocate group is even worse. You are a file to them, not a person. This was never a problem with them previously and I'm not sure what happened when ATI changed how they operate. There are also no longer dedicated people working the front desk. Those folks all now work from home and I believe this is why billing gets messed up. I have reached out to them several times to talk about these issues and have yet to hear back. Again, the physical therapists and others working at the facility are amazing, but the hassle with messed up billing after is a complete nightmare.

I used my doctor's order to receive therapy after my neck surgery. My therapists, Ab and Patricia are amazing. Ab very thoroughly and patiently assessed my needs. Both of them are confident in their understanding of what is needed and in delivering the therapy. There is no doubt their help will allow me to have better range of motion in my neck in the future. The atmosphere is very friendly, but busy. They help each other to meet the needs of many people at one time. There might be a bit of waiting, but it is worth their expertise.

I have been going to ATI (formerly Hope Rehab) since 2010 for multiple surgeries. I have been referring friends to them for 13 years now. The therapists and staff are always professional and very caring and helpful in understanding what I need and getting me back to pre-surgery movements. Patrick is my therapist this time and he is fantastic, very caring, kind and patient!The only issue I have is with this company. They have removed the receptionists from the front desk, who check you in, answer questions, make appointments, answer the phones, etc. They have the assistants to the therapists doing this work, which means the therapists have less help with their patients, taking their time away from working with the next patient, because they are doing the work of the assistants, there is always at least one assistant working the "front desk". This is not good use of the therapists time and energy or the assistants time and energy. They had 2 very good and competent ladies working at the front desk. In fact, one of them has been there since I started in 2010! Now, they work from home? While the therapists assistants do that work. This does not make any sense to me.

ATI is the best physical therapy center I’ve been too. Valerie has been awesome to work with. It’s not crowded and you don’t sit around waiting to get started. I would recommend them.

I have no issues with the service or place but why tell me something and charge me with hidden fees ?I went there 5 times, the first time i made sure to ask what is the final price i have to pay after insurance and they told me " 10$ per visit " i told them ok is there any hidden fees or other charges they said no, i asked and reemphasized that and they said no just 10$ per visit so I agreed and signed papers agreeing on that only 10$ charge.Then in a month out of no where after 5 visits I receive on the mail that they charged my insurance 1438$ and i owe 523$ ? Tbh I feel shocked I really don't think this is fair at all I stopped my therapy although i need it but I feel really frustrated with the situation, I just wish I didn't even start going there. Started with an injury in my shoulder ended with an injury in my shoulder and bank!!

I have worked with 5 ATI therapists during my treatment and they have all been knowledgeable and well trained, always concerned about any pain I was feeling, encouraging thru the hard stuff, kind and personable.

Dr. Nelson was my physical therapist after hip replacement surgery. He is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. He helped me strengthen muscles and basically walk correctly again. He knows just exactly how to manipulate the body to aid in recovery. He recognized things that needed improvement and helped me to make those improvements. Thanks for helping me get better than I imagined was possible.

Working with Nelson is really good. He is working hard on my nerves for my neuropathy. He explains everything very well. I am very happy with the plan.

I like the friendly atmosphere in this place. Everyone is coordinating with the Clinician to help assist their individual patients.One suggestion though would be not to overbook patients so that you can actually have the benefit of having therapy with the clinician you booked your therapy with.

I been looking for a place like this for 10 yr. I just love my therapist, Jeff, he’s compassionate and caring, and those are important with Physical Therapy.I have only been hear twice but I know with water and land therapy I will be blessed with good healthThanks for being there for us who need you.

This PT practice is incredible! Everyone is so helpful and encouraging, it’s clean, and flexible with schedules. You can really tell they all work as a team to help their patients. Nelson is an amazing PT and teacher, I learned so much from him and wouldn’t be feeling as great as I am without him!

My experience and what I noticed around me with others, the trainers have empathy and great concern for the well being of patients. Natalie has been the greatest with getting results from my total knee replacement surgery. Thank you Natalie and team!

All the therapists and techs are great at their work. They know just how to stretch your body enough without causing pain. They plan a great program to rebuild strength. I chose ATI for a second time as I had great experience before hip replacement surgery. I highly recommend Nelson, Patricia, Patrick or Natalie.
