Always excellent service. I submit my refills online without any issues and have them shipped to me. Extremely easy process and never a long wait time to receive my medication. Never had any issues to even need to call, which is fantastic!

SInce they have been taken over last year, the customer service is horrible. It can take them 3 or 4 weeks to send out the prescription. They do not return phone calls. THey do not give receipts. No one knows anything. They are totally incompetent in every way. Very rude. "I can't help you. I don't know anything." is their motto. Go elsewhere.

I have been filling prescriptions here for many years. They have always been very helpful, professional and very nice! Oh, and very clean and upscale patient areas.

My functional medicine doctor referred me to this pharmacy as she works with them quite frequently. I have given them quite a bit of business since getting my prescriptions filled here. The first few times they did an ok job. As of recently, they keep messing up on quoting me charges. A quick example, they will call and confirm I want to move forward with RXs my doctor sent through. I ask them to confirm the items and totals per RX. They tell me a price over the phone and then charge my card a different (higher amount). When I called to inquiry why and get a refund they said “the lady who called you made a mistake, oops.” Sorry, what?! So the customer is out money because YOU the company made a mistake? They offered NO credit. Now I’m out the money. My RXs are mailed to me since I live an hour away from them and so I’m at the mercy of their service on the phone. They have also saved my card on file when I have never given written authorization for this. So they are charging my card whatever they want! This is a huge deal since this 1. That’s illegal, and 2. They don’t bill insurance at this pharmacy, so I have to pay up front and submit to my insurance for a reimbursement even though my insurance WILL pay for these scripts.

They are not the most responsive and I do not plan to utilize them again because of this. My Doctor called in my prescriptions Thursday morning. I didn't hear from the pharmacy until Friday at 2. I couldn't answer but called back a half hour later. Left a voicemail. No reply. Called again before they closed. No answer. Then they are closed over the weekend. I call Monday morning and leave a voicemail. They call me back a little later and want to ship the item, but I'll be out of town. It's an hour and 20 minutes away for me to go get it before I leave town the next day. So now I'll get the prescriptions after I return and one of the medications will be pointless to have by then. Silly.

I’ve gone to Hotze Health & Wellness for the past 8 years and in the last year the pharmacy has messed up my prescription order at least 5 times. I was signed up for auto refill which you’d think would be easy, it’s not. It’s a mess and they rarely answer the phone.

I also have been a real patient of Dr. Hotze and have used this wonderful pharmacy for many years. Dr. Hotze and his entire staff are dedicated to their mission of helping many of us who seek more than what traditional doctors nowadays do. When patients like me who need his help, see his dedication, and the "fire in his belly" to get the word out that there are other options in medicines and we don't have to accept assembly line medical care, for that I am so thankful!!

Be careful going here... Dr. Steven Hotze was speaking at a rally against the use of face masks and denied that there is a pandemic caused by COVID-19. He also took and ripped up a peaceful protestor’s sign. KPRC channel 2 captured his actions. I would not seek medical advice from someone who is so extreme in their beliefs.
