Words cannot adequately express how impressed I am with the kindness and attentive service received by this company. The gentleman I spoke with a gentleman that redefined what customer service is and patiently walked me (a non techie) completely through to completion and even went above and beyond calling the next day to ensure all was well! Highly recommend as they have definitely impressed!!! Truly grateful and ecstatic with their service!!

This outfit is pathetic.. Spoke to these guys 2 weeks ago about setting up service, the deal get set up and we're good to go.. date of the install comes up, and I was told I had to call and confirm with them? Wait a minute, you want my business, how about you call me? Ok, so we get set up for the next day, 10am appt. I call them at 9am and confirm for 10am, only to be called at 1030am to discuss more of what we already spoke about. The installer hem-hawed about how to do the install, and because he now doesn't have all the equipment he needs we are discussing alternate ides. I was told you guys were specialists and "knew what you were doing".. ok.. so the guy now needs to load up his truck, it's now 1230, the shop is only 25 mins from my home. How long does it take to grab a few boxes and throw them on your truck. You do this for a living right? So half the stuff you need should be loaded already? I'll update more on this fiasco when this fool gets here.
