Housekeeping is not provided unless you stay for more than 3 days . You have to call the front desk for any extra towels because they do not give you any if you’re not staying for more than 3 days. My friends and I had gotten to the hotel around 1:30 A.M and woke up at 7 A.M for breakfast, I had went to our truck afterwards to find the window smashed and the inside to being completely destroyed . They broke the console and safe and tried to start the truck itself but did not succeed. I went to the front desk and they were no help at all . They said they have no cameras in the back but only in the front . I think that is absolutely outrageous because majority of the car are in the back parking lot . They did not show any concern or sympathy at all or even tried to help us. I would not trust being safe at this hotel after the experience I had .

The TV was missing 10% of it's picture, the remote was a remote for a satellite provider which meant you could not use Chromecast to watch from your phone. I asked for someone to come up to see if they could help. They just said it can't be done. I do expect more from Hyatt.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Katie while visiting family in the area. The hotel was very clean and modern. The room was large, with a big picture
window with two types of shades. The bed was comfortable and it was separated from the seating area by a 1/2 glass wall. The bathroom had a huge walk in shower with amenities. The room included a small refrigerator and coffee station. The lobby was beautiful with lots of different seating areas and a
business center.
There is a new system at this hotel where there isn't a big front desk. There's a small front desk where you could also purchase snacks that was attached to a 24 hour bar. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the best I have seen in a hotel.There was a large seating area.
Everyone at the front desk were friendly. We had problems wit our reservation through Expedia. They worked hard to correct the problem. They also made good restaurant recommendations. There's a fitness area and an outdoor pool. We would stay there again when we visit family.

They are very nice, they ask you almost with the room number which is the one upstairs, much higher up, which has a view of everything and even the highway, it is good with a view of the marketing

I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Place Houston/Katy! The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable, with spacious rooms that had everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection, and I loved the convenient location, close to shopping and dining options. The gym and pool were also well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. I would highly recommend Hyatt Place to anyone visiting the Houston/Katy area – it’s definitely a place I’ll stay again!

Tahoe broke into LAST Night in parking lot! My Tahoe and another’s guys truck. They have no security cameras in parking lot and according to Harris County CT Ellender Deputy this has been an on going issue for a long time and they new owners won’t get security cameras for its guest protection of their property. Security car was in the parking lot last night as well. So they were worthless too. I’ll keep this post updated to how the management and owner responds. Front desk employees were accommodating but don’t stay here unless they get cameras ?Update: They offered no solutions!
