I went to turn in some change which aready rolled. The lady said wait, then handed me a deposit slip. I was like, what's this for? Most other locations usually say how can I help. Or someone will be with u shorty. I filled out my slip, waited in line for 15 mins, then left with no service. I hope one day we can have something like coinstar machines in banks or outside might be better. That doesn't charge and use your atm card to put the change in your account or simply just give less cash. So we don't have deal with people like that. Maybe not with the cashless system we are going to.

TRASH...Not worth the 1 star needed for the review. The branch manager lied to my face. He told me a commission check I deposited was on fraud hold & Wells Fargo wouldn't release the money. Wells Fargo released funds to them 2 days ago...UNTRUSTWORTHY GARBAGE

I’ve never hated a bank as much as I hate this one. Lady working the front desk has absolutely zero people skills. Just gave me the motivation to change banks today.

I was the first customer in the building so take this review with a grain of salt...Alexis was amazing to talk to and resolved my issue promptly. She needs manager pay! I gave a 4 out of 5 due to IBC overall making me drive 45 mins just to change an address, other than that the experience wasn't bad at all.

Went there today to cash 4 checks it took 32 minutes. Everytime we go there it has new employees. This place needs a new manager that good people will work for. They need to hire smart people to be tellers.

Literally sat and waited 1 hour to get help just to get in my account. There was a guy who showed up 30 mins after me and just because the manager knew him he took him in first. I’m canceling my whole account IBC is a joke, my whole experience has been HORRIBLE since opening a account with them.
