“Wes Blackmon and his assistant, Karen Woods, are the BEST! They are knowledgeable and extremely skilled in what they do. I used to work with financial advisors, and I know the ins and outs of this business and what goes on behind the scenes. I assure you, these people ARE THE BEST! When I was changing advisors, I interviewed many many individuals and companies all over Katy, as well as people (referred by friends) in other states. The genuine care and customer service that I received (from the first second the phone was answered) from Wes and Karen was clearly better than everyone else. Also, the company, Edward Jones, has numerous efficient and sensible systems in place to make your relationship with them easy and understandable. I could give many comparisons between my "old" financial advisors and Wes/Karen/Edward Jones... but I hope it will suffice for me to say that these folks have their hearts in the right place. They do this work because they care about people. They will do what is right for you and your money. They know what they are doing and are excellent at their work. If you are looking elsewhere before making your final decision, please look behind all the "hype and flash" of other advisors and also find out about the actual company with whom the advisor is affiliated. I am grateful every single day that I found them and that they chose to work with me. And I'm grateful for the extensive effort, time and money that the company Edward Jones has put into making it a premier company. UPDATE! And now, I would also like to add that another assistant, Ashlyne Ball, is superlative! Wes and Karen and Ashlyne make a super team and are a well-oiled machine that runs smoothly and beautifully! Please give these folks a chance; they are the absolute best in the world of financial advisors!”
