This is the worst storage place I rented with. They are so expensive for their sizes, worst security ever!! There has been 3 break ins with a week and the manager does not address it, he keeps saying that he can’t not do anything and have no sympathy for anything. The AC has not worked for a whole year, we been addressing with managment and called the company and no one ever came to fix it, 2 summers went by and it didn’t get fixed, and the manager keeps saying he will fix it soon… I AM PAYING FOR COOLED STORAGE. They keep raising rent every month and they don’t do jack to fix it….

I hate to say this but since I had unit it’s been broken into two times over a month, I have lost so many things it breaks my heart. I don’t understand how this could possibly happen what happened to good security.

I'm not new here. I rented a parking space years ago from a nice lady Naomi in the office who was transferred to a new location. I recently left and returned and I really like that the nice Christian man Raymundo in the office gave me my old space back and he has become a friend as well. We share ghost stories when he's not really busy.
Y'all like good service? Come talk to Raymundo on Franz. He has been fantastic in every way including protecting my property.

I was looking for a storage space closer to my house and came to istorage at 24620 Franz road, I met Mr Kase and he made me feel at home and very comfortable as well. He took his time and explained everything to me and he was very friendly as well, he is very respectful and appreciated my business, I really want to say thank you Mr Kase .

Experience went fine with the help of the worker Raymundo. Was able to answer my question very friendly demeanor. Location is great very private and secure. Also the area was very clean no debris.

My attendant Mundo, was courteous and very knowledgeable! The facility was clean and organized. I was set up in a matter of minutes with my storage unit! I would definitely recommend this facility to all my friends and family! Also kudos to the owners for hiring such a nice and professional person like Mundo, I wish I got this type of experience at the previous facility.
