I’m very disappointed with J.Crew’s exchange policy. I came in simply to exchange the size of a dress I had purchased just the day before. I didn’t have the receipt with me, but I provided the last four digits of my husband’s credit card that was used for the purchase, hoping the staff could look up the transaction. Unfortunately, they refused to help without the card physically present.
After waiting in line for nearly 10 minutes and explaining that my husband is currently traveling, I left feeling extremely frustrated. At this point, I don’t even want to exchange the size or keep the dress. We’ll be returning the purchase in a few days — and, honestly, we’ll probably think twice before shopping at J.Crew again.

The two women (one with brown hair and glasses and the one with long scraggly-hair that needs to be combed) have funky attitudes. If you don't want to be bothered with customers, don't work retail. It doesn't cost anything to smile. You are not that busy. This is why the regular J. Crew is better.

The staff is always extremely friendly. Quality of the merchandise is amazing (I still have shirts I bought 4 years ago that look as great as the day I bought them). And everything is on an awesome deal. Extremely happy. It's been the main place I shop for 4 to 5 years at least l.

My gson, FlyGuyIsaiah was totally THANKFUL & surprised at all he rcvd from the online order, shipped to the store. Plus he picked out a couple more items. He's a model. But the reflective shades with UA/UV protection was the ultimate. Perfect, perfect perfect! The store Reps & Mgr were awesome. The mgr even offered to take a pic of us, but we had already did a selfie... this was a good outing, eventhough the mall was a bit overwhelming, after not being in a mall over 1 1/2 yr. But J Crew made it a welcoming and covid safe environment. Tks guys, from FlyGuyIsaiah and Lady.
