I love Jerl. I feel like he's very honest and fair regarding price. This my second time coming; drove 40 minutes in traffic to go to him only because he's the only guy I can trust. He told me one time that the tire is decent and I can go a couple months before paying. I was so grateful for his honesty because I really didn't have the money without a loan so I told him "thank you, I'll come back". I came right back! He looks out for the women and unlike other men; he's not trying to get over on them. I will forever be a loyal customer. ❤️❤️❤️

Terrible service. The owner told be that my lugg nuts were worn out and “swollen” he said he could not replace a valve stem without hitting my rims with a hammer. From the moment I showed up the owner was complaining about my car. He said he would have to send me home with only 4 lug nuts when I showed up I had 5. He was trying to up charge and scam me the whole time. All I needed was a valve stem fixed and he couldn’t do one of the simplest jobs without smacking my rims with a hammer. I do not recommend and would advise to find a more qualified tire shop.

Just visited this place to fix a tire that was constantly losing air, JP found the source and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I can see why he's very popular in this neighborhood, he's easily engageable with his customers and helps them feel at home. The customers who arrived after me were in friendly conversations with him and JP was very, very friendly the entire time.

I appreciate the honesty from this shop. I called to ask if he could work on my tires and he said he didn't have the proper equipment for my type of vehicle.

I was in town visiting my sister had to get my tires checked and balanced due to bad vibration when I got in town. Hmthey always took care of me when I lived in the area. Always great and very fair on their prices. Thank yall for taking care of me and my sister because goes there since I always went there.

Awesome and fast service! I ran home really quick thinking he’d still be working on the car when I got back. Nope. It was all ready to go. Ladies!!! This is the one. I appreciate that he was not pushy. Not even the slightest. I told him what I wanted and he did exactly that. I did give him the wrong size over the phone so he let me know, but other than that, it was a smooth transaction.

There are a lot of tire shops everywhere. But rarely you find a tire shop that not only they have good prices, but the owner is such honest with all the work he does. I always bring my high end vehicles with him as he is the only one I trust. JP deserves all the business and more!
