I’ve never had an issue till today. I already knew what I was going to buy. This elderly white lady walks towards us and just stares. I didn’t need any assistance and proceed with writing down the product number on the paper that is provided. She said something and my boyfriend answered her and I thank her but tell her I don’t need help. She proceeds to tell my boyfriend I’m well trained.. I almost lost it but I knew no sane person would say that and she must be a crazy old lady. Well trained? Am I a dog? Will not be coming back to this location.

I have been customer for this Company for several years, I went today after my job to get one gift,and I have TERIBLE experience the lady name Roseanne was SO RUDE, she was screaming to me en front to other customers, when I told her was I want TO BUY, a show her my phone with the pictures with the items, because I have vision problems and I can’t see the numbers, she’s there to help the customers, I felt DISCRIMINATED for this lady because I’m Hispanic, but she’s too!!!!!, because I saw her taking time to attend other customers, you have to HIRE people with guests service skills, this kind the employees make look bad your Company, you can check my records how much money I have spent to pay her check. I need someone contact to me, you have my information on your date base.
