My car was impounded. I guess they fired Patience (maybe she ran out of it) because my experience was wonderful. Charity was extremely pleasant, and did everything he could to help us out. She say she’s the only staff member and if that’s the case she needs a raise. Thank you Charity!

I've called and was told my car wasn't there when visible through the gate. Then told I have until 5 to pick it up, got there at 4 and told another day. Sign says debit or cash, and only accepting cash while everyone around accepts both. I called multiple sources, scamming people.

The lady on the phone was rude. I had to repeatedly spell out the last name to her and she said I was being rude.... I was like "no, I'm not being rude. I'm just repeating to you what the last name is".
