CubeSmart in Katy, Tx is the absolute worst storage facility in the industry. The Manager at Store 4309 is rude, unprofessional, and ignorant to the storage facility laws in Texas. I wouldn’t recommend storage garbage at CubeSmart, much less anything of value.

My experience here was amazing!! Toni took wonderful care of me. She had no problem answering any of my questions or concerns at anytime! She is an absolute delight to talk too! She is phenomenal at what she does! Definitely do business here, you will not be disappointed!??

Since Hurricane Beryl the gate has been wide open. Damn near $100 per month for a wide open thieves welcome storage facility is unacceptable. This location is trash. So is the manager and the District Manager. Avoid at all costs. Unless you want your stuff stolen.

I found the climate controlled section to be clean and at a good temperature. The compound has a resident manager who is always keeping an eye on the video monitor. to do business with CubeSmart.
