Had my 15 year old granddaughter in for basketball. They are extreme but patient. Can't say enough about strategic ball handling and shooting, posting. They push and keep kids moving all the time. Staff responsive in communications. Just so great.

All I can say is WOW! Thank you Coach J for working with my 2 boys, before they headed off to Prep School. I wished we had of known about Process Gym 2 years ago. Coach Kennedy is the absolute best in the city of Houston to get you looking like an Olympic God. If you are serious about getting in shape come see him.
