You can never get a hold of anyone at this number and if you go over there and try to engage these people they're never there. My neighbor stored his RV at this place and when he came to get it back somebody had stolen all the wheels off of it. When he asked the owner if he had any video about who stole the wheels off his RV, the owner told him he got confused and sold the wheels off of his RV to somebody else. This place is not a business where you would like to leave your valuable possessions. Not recommended, avoid.

I've used this place for the last year to store a 20ft wnclosed trailer and they have been great to work with! Easy access to the lot and never had any issues. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a storage lot.

Well people this is a great little spot right off of rosner and Westheimer in Katy Texas it's a sweet little spot tucked away between some very nice homes the gentleman is very friendly courteous polite it's nice easy access and a very reasonable price I definitely recommend using this person if you need to stash a trailer or a truck or a car it's the best bang for your buck hands down in this town someone that's not going to rip your head off so I'm just going to give you a great deal with no hassles and easy access to the freeway not more than 2 miles from the freeway and just about any direction strongly recommend this guy he has some interesting pieces sitting around how ironic 6000 hits for a picture I took of my trailer which is actually his Jeep truck if you need a space that place your stuff this is the guy to see

Awesome prices and 24 hour access! Wish you could work on a vehicle there but that's a pretty standard restriction at most storage lots. I think that's offset by the great prices.
