Colby was so great he helped us out and came as soon as possible to get our leak checked. He was very honest asked first if we had called the builder since the house is very new and probably under warranty. Unfortunately it wasn’t. He was able to help out and did a temporary fix. Gave us the option to decide to replace the shingles or have it resealed every year or so. Colby and his crew were amazing. They provided excellent service from the initial contact with Colby to the finished roof. Colby was very helpful answering questions, communicating with the insurance company, and was always very responsive. His crew took measures to protect our yard and surrounding areas during the project as well as the cleanup afterwards. They were able to begin early that Sunday morning and had it completed and everything cleaned up by that afternoon. Colby was very attentive at overseeing everything and even came by on Sunday afternoon once his crew had completed the roof install to inspect their work. He went back over the yard, driveway, and road with a magnet to check for nails which was much appreciated.Overall, we were very pleased with the quality workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail that we received from Kelsey Elite Services. He came to the jobsite multiple times before, during and after. Never late. Started and finished the same day. Also they cleaned up well. Not a piece of trash left. Amazing company to work with.
