Very pleased with the work done here and customer service provided. I came in for a lift kit install and window tint. Joe and his team assisted me with my order and went above and beyond with completing the service. They have a fantastic policy on their window tints so make sure to ask them about it. No hidden fees, great craftmanship, and superb business policies. It gets harder and harder to find businesses that still create a great customer experience. Highly recommend and would purchase again.

I must start off by saying, my experience wasn't love at first sight!!! However, after my #1 dealerships wrong doing, The owner of Kool Karz (Frank), actually went above and beyond, to right the dealerships wrong! I'm very particular, and pride myself in having prestige unique vehicles, Frank truly honored my wishes; over an 8 month span of frustration and back and forth, Frank took ownership of the dealerships, errors made them his own & ensured he did whatever was necessary, to make me happy! Frank I honestly can't thank you enough, you now have a lifetime customer! If you want your car, truck, sling, ion, or bike to truly be cool, give Frank at Kool Karz a call, trust me you'll be the new cool one on your block!!!

If you are shopping for Llumar Ceramic tint (CTX or IRX), and you want it done PERFECTLY..... Kool Karz is your place. Stop looking. Just go here. They won't be the cheapest shop, but their work is immaculate and fast. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to work with you to find the products that best fit your use case. Highly recommended.

They did a great job tinting my SUV and offer high quality brands for a very reasonable price! There are not many shops that sell Llumar brand ceramic tint on this side of town but they are one of them. The couple employees I talked to were very helpful in explaining everything as far as my options go. They had my vehicle done in about 2 hours. Definitely recommend!

This is my third Telluride getting tint and as usual, service was excellent! They came highly recommend by Westside Kia and I keep coming every time I upgrade my vehicle. Definitely recommend!

I entered the store with a friend. He had just bought a jeep and I had just bought a Tundra. The old man behind the counter greeted us… a good start. My buddy mentioned that he just bought jeep. To which the guy’s reply was, “ You’re going to put my grandkids’ through collegege.” We laughed, at what we considered light hearted humor. Although, he did not follow up with trying to help in anyway. As my friend browsed the disorganized store with little to no product, I mentioned my truck again and said, “I’m in the market for a…” That’s when I was interrupted by the A-hole behind the counter saying, “ Yeah yeah, I want to talk to the jeep guy. He’s going to spend a lot of money. That’s what they do build it up, get tired of it, and build it again.” And he did not attempt to help me further and I decided that this wasn’t a local business worth supporting.
The jokes is ultimately on him. My friend lives in Louisiana and simply window shopping. Now because of the man’s disrespectful service, neither of us are us are contributing to his grandkids’ college fund. Future customers beware you nothing but dollar signs here.

Always have the best service with very knowledgeable and experienced staff. Have had many things done to my vehicles from window tint to a 4in lift, new tires, bed cover, and more. I cannot be more satisfied with the quality of work. I highly recommend Kool Karz for any upgrades you’re looking to make on your vehicle.
