I've been going here a few years now, kroger has a setup now to where they'll text your phone when your meds are ready. Everything is super easy and fast with their drive-through.

A hit or miss experience. This pharmacy is either prompt and helpful or a total pain to get anything from and there is no in between. The answering machine and its prompts are not helpful and make it very difficult to get a human on the phone. A handful of the employees are very helpful, but the rest have no interest in providing any help to customers.

This is the best pharmacy in the world. Period. What more can I say? If you want to live, use this pharmacy.
I’d give it 10 stars if I could. The pharmacy manager is the best pharmacist I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.

We switched to Kroger pharmacy from the Walgreens on Franz and Katy Hockley. After numerous wrong prescriptions, ridiculous wait times and all around unprofessionalism, we moved to Kroger pharmacy - the difference is literally night and day. True professionals who care about their customers and getting EVERY prescription correct (Which should be 100% when it comes to pharmaceuticals). We could not be more happy! I have never waited inside for more that a couple of minutes. They take the time to discuss each prescription. Thank you Kroger Pharmacy for raising the bar!!
