This store keeps selling rotten products. Told family to NEVER buy meat from this store. They purchased yesterday and the product smells disgusting today. Kroger does not allow meat products to be returned.

App is horrible. You have to go to browser to order. They are always out of stock and don't notify you until it's too late to change the order.

This is my first time going to their pharmacy. I did not have my ID because it is being renewed but i brought in my passport. Both the cashier and the pharmacist were lecturing me on how I should not be driving without an ID. I told them I had my passport and have the paper license. They both felt it was an inconvenience to manually type in my passport in their system just so I can get Zyrtec D. They should learn to do their job without making up reasons not to. never again.

This store has it all! Fresh produce, Hot & ready Deli, a good (Not great) Bakery. A good selection of health items. Large selection of Dairy items, including Egg Nogg! Employees who are friendly and will greet you in the aisles. If your looking for something, they will take you to the item. The Meat & Seafood department is great! Good selection, good prices, and helpful people. And they will answer any question that might have. This store also has a Pharmacy & Gas Station. But, what brings my rating down is the checkout wait. Sometimes they have one or two. Sometimes three lanes open. But they do have 6 express check-out lanes open who are operated by extremely helpful & friendly associates. My suggestion, (if your still reading this?) Give Kroger a try, at lease once.

Fried Chicken here is delicious. They have a $5 meal that is worth getting. Has a wide selection of groceries. Many deals to be had every week. They'll send you coupons of items that you actually buy if you sign up for the Kroger card. Pick up is convenient.

I must say every time I come here, always the same. I wish they would hire people that actually want to work and like to be friendly! I only shop here and get only what I have with the coupons they send me. I hate coming into this store because the staff is always terrible. I think the only department that is nice is meat department and bakery! I do not recommend this place at all!!

Impressive helpful and distinguishly friendly customer service at self checkout lane yesterday by Jim at about 6pm. I was busy with two boys and more than 10 items. People like Jim really improve the grocery shopping experience
