I love this Kroger because it's clean and laid out well. Its not too large so you can meander and find your items without wasting time. Definitely download the app and coupons and use weekly ad to save. I went late around 8-9pm and staff was scarce. Also the parking lot was very dim due to many dark spots and inadequate lights. I hadn't previously dealt with this because I use curbside mostly but I go inside for my meat and produce and I go in the morning.

Horrible customer service. I politely asked if they have rolls of coins. The latina looked at me confused and gave me attitude. No smile or pleasantness. She said no we don't have that like i was stupid for asking. She then said "customer service isn't even open right now." She was insulted i even asked her a question apparently. I'm not sure how much longer i can take living here in Katy.

I received a gift card purchased at this store, but unfortunately, the staff and Manager Shelida were not helpful at all, despite providing credit card proff. They seemed eager to pass the issue off by providing me with an 1800 Kroger number to deal with. Despite my attempts to explain that the problem was due to the cashier not activating the gift card, the staff at the store was unable to address it directly.
Turns out we were able to get the 1800 number to answer. The card was activated but somehow we got zero fund. I suspect there is a gift card scam going on. We are trying to sort trying ro sort this out with Kroger and American express. Please beware before buying gift cards at this store specifically or anywhere else for that matter. I hope the store resolves the issue and don't pass the ball to a 2rd party

They never have what i need. Once the good stuff runs out they won’t restock until the less appealing stuff is gone. And check dates on items - they don’t like pulling outdated items. The store in Gaston is the complete opposite so i have to make the extra drive to get what i need.

My wife and I shop at this Kroger store on a regular basis. However, I the process extremely taxing due to the following. I am a disabled person, and as such, I rely on their motorized cart in order to assist my wife with our shopping, and each and every time we go there, I have difficulty with their electric carts. They will display that they are ready for use. However, when you select a unit, it does not function, and if it does work, it will shut down prior to completing our shopping, resulting in my wife having to locate someone to provide me with a replacement unit. I find this extremely annoying, and I would like to use this medium to recommend Krogers management to assign someone to monitor these units so that disabled persons like myself do not have to experience this extremely annoying problem.

Very big, similar to a super walmart.
Pricing was a bit high but overall was happy to get some deals
Staff was friendly. I couldn't reach the water on top shelf, a gentleman helped me.

Call produce department today to ask about the bitter melon the guy in produce did not know what bitter melon was an would not put somebody else on the phone that I could ask about the bitter melon if they sold it or not very frustrating when you called and someone doesn't have the knowledge and then they won't even let you speak to someone that might have the knowledge very frustrating
