I’ve been using this location probably for two or three years now. The service I received this weekend was above and beyond what I normally get, three new people I’ve never seen before, but they were good! Check the pressure on the tires And clean the windshield and reset my oil light he let me know everything he was gonna do beforehand. I felt like he was knowledgeable. He was polite and courteous super great job.

Your recipe says they check and fill all your fluids, but they don’t. They don’t check nor add air to your tires like they say they do. When you ask them to do it, they act like it’s too much work.

I stopped by Take 5 on North Fry Road for a quick oil change, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The team was friendly, efficient, and very professional. They walked me through everything, answered my questions, and didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary - which I really appreciated.
I was in and out faster than I expected, and the pricing was fair. The crew kept a positive attitude the whole time, and it felt like they truly valued their customers. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Great experience overall!

I went in for a simple oil change that should’ve taken about 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting over an hour and a half. They didn’t realize until 20 minutes in that they didn’t have my filter, so someone had to go pick it up — and they brought back the wrong one! I had to wait even longer while they fixed their mistake. Completely unorganized and a waste of time. Very disappointing experience.

Staff was nice. Everything was quick. I went and my tires were not filled with air even though they told me they checked them. Also I called to see if they could fix the issue phone was never answered even though it was not a busy time because I had left about 10 minutes after.
