I visited this location because I experienced positive service at another take 5 oil change in Louisiana. This location has fast service and friendly people. The location's manager supervised the maintenance techs. However, the tech attempted to oversell services. He told me that my cabin air filter, engine air filter and coolant levels are low. After the oil change is finished, I inspected my car at a nearby parking lot. The coolant level is located at the adequate line. The cabin air filter and engine air filters are dirty, but they don't need to be changed. This location has high pressure upsell tactics. I objected to all the upsells. The tech was not very pleased.

The staff was awesome and very helpful. Did a great oil change for my daughters car and if it needed anything else they told us, so very trustworthy. They also made sure the oil cap was on, thank god. Lol appreciate you all at Take 5

We have been bringing our vehicles here for emissions testing since they opened. Everyone there is not intimidating (as some mechanics can be) and they work efficiently. I always go straight to Kroger’s to take the passed result to customer service to attain the car registration sticker. Love that Take 5 now has ability to use mobile credit card reader so I didn’t even need to leave the car. They even offered me a water bottle.

Never been disappointed with any of the services these guys provide! Every time I go in I’m pretty sure the experience will be short, sweet, and to the point. The only time I was ever there for more than 10 minutes was when the FedEx truck blocked up almost 3 of the bays delivering packages.?

Pulled in 20 minutes before closing time, and asked if I could get a State Inspection. Without missing a beat, the gentleman said “certainly” and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I didn’t even have to get out of my car. I left very happy. I highly recommend Take 5 in general, and THIS LOCATION in particular VERY HIGHLY.

We waiting 30 minutes to get an oil change and the workers were just sitting around chatting not helping a single customer. We drove off along with the other customers who had been waiting. Will not be back.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent service experience at your establishment. On August 16, 2023, my husband brought our Lexus SUV in for a routine oil change. At that time, there were no issues with the car or its engine.However, upon leaving your shop, the vehicle exhibited significant problems. It ran rough, stalled in the middle of the street, and refused to start. This unexpected situation forced us to call AAA for a tow, adding to our inconvenience and frustration.Upon further investigation after getting the car home, it became apparent that an incorrect oil type had been used during the oil change. We had specifically paid for a synthetic oil change but received a cheaper, heavier regular oil instead. This blatant oversight led to severe damage to our car's engine, and we now face the daunting prospect of needing to replace the entire engine.In addition to the engine damage, the mishandling of our vehicle's service caused a cascade of issues. The dashboard was illuminated with multiple warning lights, akin to a Christmas tree, which necessitated the replacement of various sensors. Moreover, the car's performance has significantly deteriorated, and it now drives like a rough truck.This entire ordeal has left us utterly dismayed, as we entrusted your establishment with the care of our high-end vehicle, only to experience such distressing consequences.It is disheartening to believe that this level of negligence and disregard for proper procedures could occur within your establishment. We had expected a reputable service center to uphold the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.I implore you to take this matter seriously and address it promptly. We have not only suffered substantial financial losses but have also endured considerable inconvenience and stress due to the mishandling of our vehicle.I kindly request that you investigate this incident thoroughly, provide a detailed explanation of how such a critical error could have occurred, and take appropriate measures to rectify the damage done to our car. A tech stripped the bolt on my oil filter case three visits ago. I was told a replacement case would be ordered and there on my next visit. Two oil changes later and no replacement case yet. More importantly, today they forgot to put oil back in my truck. I was told to start my truck, and the low oil warning went off immediately. I turned it off and told the tech, who replied "Yes we put oil in. Your EcoBoost engine does that @ 1st start after an oil change". I say that is absolute nonsense and he replies "It's still just a little low". I then watch him add 3 quarts of oil, check the dipstick, then add 3 additional quarts (exactly the 6qrts my truck requires).
