I took my car in and paid for car wash #3. $40 and when they were finished, I got in my car to leave and noticed the most fowl stinch. Like mildew and soured laundry! I was in a hurry trying to get to work so thought it would dissipate after a little bit! I didn't! My car has always had a pleasant or neutral smell! Not sure what they did or if their system has mildewed supplies. Perhaps mold in the detergent or something! Very disappointed! Will never go back!!!

Wish I had come to yelp first before going here! Yesterday I took my car for a state inspection and, like many other reviewers have stated, they told me my brake pads were worn and there was something wrong with my fuel injector, total cost would be $650. Ironically I had my 35,000 mile service 4 months before and on the service report I had 8 millimeters left on my pads. Kwik Kar was claiming I had only 2 millimeters left. Because I've only ever had my car serviced by the dealer I called them and booked my car in for a diagnostic, guess what!? Brakes are fine and nothing wrong with the fuel injector. Kwik Kar lied hoping I was naive enough to agree to unnecessary work. Shame on you Kwik Kar!!

The worst in over selling. Son went for an oil change because my husband is out of the country. Telling him they found stuff in his oil and he needed an engine flush. Also, didn't even mention the fuel additive they added to him. Charged $300 for an oil change and their additives. No explanation from Manager Kevin, just that he didn't work on the car he was working on another car. Kevin said speak to Kelly, his assistant manager. So, Kevin didn't want to hear it, just passed the buck. Kelly said he only recommends and it's up to the customer to approve. He left it to my son, to decide what needed to be done. Nonsense. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! Management won't do or explain any issue with you. Read all reviews before even thinking about getting any services here.

Wish I would have gone to yelp sooner, they threatened to fail my inspection based off windshield wipers and break pads. I am a female and quickly agreed bc I was in a rush. Soon after I called my husband and realized I was being taken advantage of for being a woman. They ran up a higher price and then "offered" me a discount. Would not come back and would not recommend.

Please Do not support this business bc supporting it supports mistreatment of loyal customers, money gouging & the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long long time if ever. The owner/ guy at counter was EXTREMELY RUDE, SNARKY, GOUGING FOR MORE MONEY FOR NO REASON— I was not happy I had to rate this place one star. I have been bringing my jeep here for a while now since I broke one of my side mirrors. Up until today I was always treated kindly, with respect and never did they try to gouge me for more money. Today after i walk in with a smile and happy energy the man who Owns it & works the counter could have ruined that energy he was THAT RUDE AND SNARKY. After telling him they did not need to clean the very back of my jeep ( cuts their work in half , btw) He told me my car was too dirty, he needed to charge me $15 extra dollars on top of the 42$ he was already charging me. I’ve brought my jeep here with it full of sand and nothing was said but today with a smirk and a rude , disrespectful attitude , laugh in my face and no reasonable explanation besides car is too dirty which no it was not at all ( affirmed by sparkling across the street which I recommend) he was going to charge me more, pretty much shouting my car was too dirty, it would take them too long and I even told him that’s the point of a car wash to clean and vacuum cars . I asked, What’s not too dirty ? A car that comes every day? I was appalled by how rude and dismissive he was also. He shooed me away too. Ummm, yah no. Someone who gives service like that especially to a repeat & loyal customer Doesn’t belong in business. I see their ratings are low enough already but truly if I had time to waste I’d do all I could to get this place boycotted bc I was treated that poorly. His tone and expressions towards me were worse than a restaurant owner would treat a rat in his kitchen. It felt discriminatory too. Just had that vibe. Thankfully he means nothing to me so I’m still smiling and my car sure is sparkling. Don’t go here. It’s overpriced too. You can go other places with better service and car care for less.

For me the saga continues with this place of business. I was hoping that under new management I would be able to find a solid place to get my oil swapped close to where I live. To make a long story short I had my oil changed and when I got home I noticed the same oil filter on my engine. This is totally unacceptable and it makes one wonder what else they did or didn't do to my vehicle. To credit the owner, he had a mechanic change out the filter on my second visit of the day. There was no sorry or apologies given to me. I will not be back.

DO NOT- I repeat, DO NOT take your car here. Took my car in, paid $1300 for them to "fix" it which lasted less than 24 hours. So I took the car in again and spent another $2600. At this point we took it in and they said "let's not jump to any conclusions here, it's an old truck". Well my "old truck" never had any issues until they started messing with it. Less than a week later, on the way back from our road trip, it broke again. Now, we have multiple cars and I didn't have another $1300 lying around, so I took it to a new shop today. They checked it out and saw that the part wasn't even bolted down. WHAT A JOKE. Then they told me that it says on their receipt that if another mechanic touches it their work is no longer guaranteed- but they legitimately don't have people working there with knowledge of how to fix it. When I talked to the manager, he said he couldn't find my information in the system. I told him I've been going there for oil change for four years. He said there's nothing else he can do unless I go in person. I told him I could go in person, but fair warning, there would probably be a scene because I'm highly angry and I would be posting a review about their terrible work. His response was "you're threatening me and we don't tolerate threats around here, I have to go help another customer ". I said that I was also a customer and he responded with "from months ago". Never again.
