Steven is awesome. From his good nature to the service they provide with community spirit, he bent over backwards to help my brother in law get his emissions to pass. Providing him with his time, the knowledge of parts needed and how the whole process works, to tirelessly checking and rechecking (and rechecking) until it passed. WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST!

I went there today for an oil change. I figured with the new management, things would be different as I’ve been going to them over 20 years. Again with the calls trying to upsell. And when I go to pick up my car, I was third in line, while the cashier is chitchatting stories of his brother, blah blah to the customer dropping off his car. After 8 minutes, he gets to the next customer in line, another chitchat and more waiting. I’m just trying to pick up my car, I don’t want to be there all day. Then he leaves, goes to a bay, sits in a car, and moves cars around. Point is he saw me. Finally next in line, and decides to keep me waiting while he plays musical cars. By now, I’m livid. I’m done. I know it’s a tad further, but I’ll go to YHS down the road. It shouldn’t take nearly 15 minutes to just pick up my car and leave. I would appreciate a tad sense of urgency when I’m trying to pay

I took my car to Kwik Kar for an interior and exterior valet. Alex and his team worked extremely hard and the results are amazing. The car was full of dog hair from my three dogs, and they managed to clean up all the hair and make it look brand new. My car hasn't looked this great since I bought it! I will definitely come back again soon.

Steve is amazing. Honest and hard working. Showed me exactly what was going on with my oil filter that hadn’t been replaced apparently by another service worker. Was patient and understanding. 1000/10. A true gem in this industry.

I recently visited Kwik Kar for an oil change, radiator flush, and spark plug and coil replacement, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Steven provided outstanding customer service—he was incredibly patient, helpful, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so I understood exactly what work was being done and why.
The pricing was very competitive, and combined with the excellent service I received, it was truly a great value. I highly recommend Kwik Kar and will definitely be returning for future automotive needs. Thank you, Steven, and the entire team!

I cannot stress how much you should shop around for a better place to bring your car. Went in last week for a simple oil change. Told them I want the most basic oil change you can give me. They charged me $90 (after the online coupon) and told me it would have been more but someone else paid for my oil change, so I was paying for theirs??? How professional.
I had a small oil leak before I came in, like 3-5 drops per day. My car is now bleeding oil and I’ll have to spend $100’s more to have another mechanic fix what they messed up.
