Customer service has significantly declined. One of the employees informed me that he doesn’t know anything about the products because he doesn’t drink liquor. His tone was unprofessional and dismissive. If someone dislikes their job, they should consider finding another. Additionally, I learned he was also rude to my friend’s husband.
Leo was the only employee who consistently provided excellent service, but unfortunately, he no longer works there.
I strongly recommend owner hiring a secret shopper with a hidden camera to evaluate the current state of customer service and identify areas for improvement.

What a great intimate, friendly place. Everyone is friendly. Everybody is helpful. Super close to my house. Love this place. Give it a shot. You'll love it too.

Aside from being convenient the employees here are always so nice and helpful.. I’m always curious what new product or libation they will introduce me to that will become a new staple in our house or suggestion they will have to improve on a drink I’m trying to make! I just picked up my first bottle today! I was honestly trying to go to spec’s but missed the exit and looked for another liquor store on the way home and boom, there was Kyodai! Which is actually closer to my home!I had a good experience. Everything was clean and well organized. I thought the prices would be more expensive since it’s independently owned but I was wrong. I also thought the cashier was the owner with how nice he was.If anyone lives in the area or is driving by, I definitely recommend you come check them out.Y’all got a new customer! See y’all later!
