Visited the store in Waller. Which it still has Arlan’s sign above the building as it’s name. Yet you will find out once inside why customers are not frequenting the store or satisfied. No customer service desk either.

Horrible service, the guy at the fresh meat market wants to tell me how to spend my money. Giving me the meat he want me to have. He leaves from helping me to help someone else. Very rude!!!!! Lady pretends to be the manager does nothing about it. This use to be my go to …… never again. Customers are who give you your pay checks, I hope you continue to get bad reviews like I have already read

I am seriously concern one of your workers spit in my food... it was an incident that occurred at your establishment on the morning of October 15th, around 7-8 a.m. She looks like she is way to old to be acting that way.
During my visit, I noticed some unusual and deeply troubling behavior from one of your staff members. After making my order, I took a moment to quietly pray over myself as I usually do in any store. The staff member behind the counter, who prepared my tacos, seemed to take offense at this. I felt she acted with hostility, and based on her demeanor, I suspect she may have intentionally tampered with my food, specifically by spitting on the tortillas. Another Spanish man nearby even mentioned that I should get her name because they were also concerned that if she would do it to my food she would do it there's.
When I refused to make eye contact with the staff member, she further expressed frustration and made a comment implying that I needed to "pray over myself," as though your establishment posed some sort of threat. The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe eating the food I had just ordered. As a result, I threw the tacos away without consuming them.
I am reaching out because I strongly believe this behavior is unacceptable and poses a serious risk to customer safety and your establishment’s reputation. I would like to request that you review the security footage from that day and time to investigate the matter further. Ensuring that your employees maintain professional and hygienic standards is critical for the trust and well-being of your customers.

Ask for an extra plastic plate and it took 5 mins and asking the Mananger just to charge 75 cents. Wow! Food got cold.

The employees food court employees are very rude and the food prices don’t make sense, I was told bye an employ that 4 gorditas and two drinks costed 15 dollars, but a single Gordita is 10? That doesn’t make sense. The only reason why I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the other people at the store were not as bad as those who are supposed to serve you the food.

I was excited about the drive thru but once I ordered my food no came to the window I waited for like 15 min and I had to knock on the window since the I wasn't even acknowledged by the ladies cleaning ... she was like oh let me remind them they probably forgot about you?
