Great location to stay. The front desk was expeditious. They were very clear with everything. The rooms are in great shape, and so is the rest of the hotel. No issue with parking either.

It was a decent stay. Very disappointed that the indoor pool was so cold! The room was pretty nice. The water pressure for the shower was horrible but the shower was pretty. The main floor was extremely humid I think due to construction inside the building. We stayed 3/29/24

Summary:Sight: the place looks nice.Taste: the food is good and the coffee is great.Sound: sounds were not a problem for me.Touch: the shower was hot, the fridge was cold, and the bed was very comfortable.Smell: this place smells bad.Pros: Great location. Reasonably priced. Good food at breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Easy access. New-style decor.Cons: This place has bad air. There is a black mold problem in the AC units in multiple rooms. The kind of odor that gets onto you and your stuff and stays with you until an intense wash. When I stayed there was a smell of sewage in the lobby. Way too strong chlorine smell coming from the pool too. There was also wet dog smells in the hallways.

1 a.m. and going on hour 3 of kids running, screaming, and banging on walls. Staff has not made any attempt to resolve the issue. A courtesy call was made and we were told they were having a slumber party. So if you want to party without interruption - without regard for your neighbors come on over...you can have our room...leaving for another, more respectful hotel.
