I took both my daughters here today, as well as myself. It was the quickest experience I've had yet, especially since my youngest has tough veins. Saw Ms. Dominique, did a wonderful job. Now our go to place :)

Excellent and super fast service. I didn't wait more than 3 minutes. I arrived at 11:50 and at 11:53 I was already getting ready for my studies.

I haven't even done my labs and I am annoyed , any of the 5 star reviews they have they have to be paying for it. So to begin I arrived in the lobby at 1pm it is now 2:28 and nobody has come to the front or anything. So I rung the bell to see how long it would be jessica comes to the door super rude !!!!!! She needs to go and work somewhere else nasty attitude. People actually left, not only that she had someone skip over me that arrived after me , I started dialing corporate while I am sitting here I am beyond frustrated just ghetto experience all around this location needs to be closed

My experience at Lab Corp on 5/31/24 at 10:30 am was absolutely appalling due to Jessica's passive aggressive behavior. Her condescending and unprofessional attitude made me feel completely unwelcome. I strongly advise against visiting this location and urge management to address Jessica's disrespectful behavior promptly. She is not fit to interact with patients and desperately needs training on proper customer service. It is clear from the numerous negative reviews that this is a recurring issue. On a positive note, the other employee was a stark contrast in their gracious and kind demeanor. Jessica could certainly benefit from taking a leaf out of their book. It's a shame I didn't catch the name of the employee who actually knows how to treat customers with respect.

Went to get lab done today, May 29, 2024.
Apparently the whole building is closed! There are no signs had to walk in and find out in a dark building! People had appointments and were showing up and they didn’t even know because no one sent any notices out and no one knows why this is very strange! There’s no information on windows building or office will reopen…

Wow, most of these reviews are spot on with my experience. I went on 5/22/24 around 9:30AM. There were no employees at the front, but there is a doorbell and a sign next to it that says ring the doorbell if you have a question. Well, I had a couple of questions, so I rang the doorbell. I was “greeted” by a black lady with extremely long eyelashes (didn't catch her name) who said nothing to me and seriously scowled at me as if I had harmed her whole family or something. It was seriously weird. I asked her if they can draw labs from toddlers and if they do food allergy tests (didn’t see any info on this on the website). She seriously looked at me like these were the most absurd questions she’s ever heard and that I was an idiot. She said very rudely, “What do you mean do we do allergy testing? You can’t just walk in here asking to get allergy testing done.” I said I have a doctor’s order… and the website and phone message say y’all accept walk-ins!
I had tried calling twice before on two different days and left voicemails because I was trying to ask these questions and schedule an appointment, but of course nobody returned my calls. Well shame on me for having the audacity to ask her in person. I did not want her coming anywhere near my child with a needle so I just left and took my business to LabQuest, who provided me with excellent customer service and treated both me and my son very well.
This lady needs to leave the healthcare field and do something more along the lines of being a correctional officer or working at the DMV where you can get away with being rude for no reason.

Terrible customer service. On top of that, the person who assisted me insinuated that I didn't understand what she was saying, when I actually understood everything and simply asked her to offer me a solution.

People were rude, and couldn’t explain simples things in a kind way. The gluves that they used to to carry things are the same that they use to deal with doors and other stuff.

Waited an hour and a half past for my appointment and they skipped me it seems. Everyone in the waiting area seems restless. I don’t recommend going here.

This location is a Godsend. I have been here twice in the past year and they are always kind and professional.
This time I came here out of desperation, because I made an appointment at the Park Row location which is a few miles away but the technician there was so rude, loud, and ghetto that I ended up leaving. She was arguing with everyone in the waiting area, purposely skipping people, refusing to answer questions or just being flat out rude to everyone.
When I reached this location on grand Parkway, there was a long wait and only one technician named Dominique. Dominique was very professional, this location had their bell on the counter(unlike the one on Park Row) and whenever someone rang it she came out and pleasantly answered them even though she was the only person working there And was in the back trying to draw blood. I watched multiple times as she called someone’s name who did not respond and then she would return after each patient and call their name again just in case she missed them.
I am very afraid of needles, and I always just grit my teeth and turn my head when they try to draw blood. This is mainly because no one can ever find my veins and they usually have to stick both arms as well as my hand several times even when I’m in the hospital. Dominique found my vein and drew a vial of blood in less than three minutes, and I never even felt the needle go in. Please give this woman a raise!!!

This laboratory has bad service, the people who serve are rude, racist, they treat all the people who are going to receive a service badly, even the email, they have it written wrong and they do not change it, they should take action on the matter. thank you

The staff seem unhappy to provide the service. Lab result never send to my physician. I called to ask but there is no option to talk to a person. Today I received a letter asking us to pay $807.45 because insurance is not cover for the lab result. I believe this is totally wrong. The insurance always paid full price for my lab test. Please changing the staff in there or do something about it.

I went to Labcorp in Katy Texas located at 1330 W. Grand Parkway. I was very skeptical about going ; seeing the horrible reviews from former customers concerning this location. I chose to go by God's grace to form my own opinion. I was seen by Lea, a soft spoken Lady, she lead me into to the room to be seated and me prepare for the blood draw. While she was getting her medical equipment. I heard a very disturbing loud scream, who ever that was got ME upset, I wonder who was hurting that person, I would get the same treatment. My attitude started to change, I remember the ugly reviews, now I was upset for just being there. Lea left the room to check on the other agent and the patient. She came back very quickly. I told her what ever is happening in the other room..She stopped me before I could finished. She explained the person that scream so loud, has a bad phobia with needles. She ok now, you don't hear now do you? I replied no! She said the agent explained the procedure and got her clam, to where they can proceed. Now for you!
I know in the pass I have always been a hard stick. Lea ask me to make a fist. She tapped the inner part of my elbow several times, trying to locate the vein. Now I am getting a little nervous. I stared pumping my fist, by opening and closing my hand. Lea just smiled. I asked her when was she going to stick me? She said you can stop pumping, I am already drawing. I did not feel a Thing! She is the Best! I hate needles and blood draws. Today I give 5 stars. I thank God for sending me to a place where there was so many negative things posted. Don't try to boss your help and be demanding, when it's you they are trying to help. Treat them the way you want to be treated. I will go back anytime now that I know for myself.
