My daughter fainted during a blood draw, which is not the fault of staff. They found her an ice pack and some water, and brought in a dusty fan to put on her pretty quickly. However, when she was still barely conscious and hadn't recovered yet, the two techs in the room started talking loudly about what to put into the computer and which tests to label and which to leave blank. I asked one of them "how long should it take her to recover?" and she distractedly said "hold on," and went right back to looking at the computer with the other guy. I had to loudly ask her AGAIN how long it should take my child to recover before I got a half-hearted response. They spent more time discussing the computer than they did focusing on their patient who had just fainted. It made me sick. I also found it unprofessional and unprepared that no one in the building had thought to put aside some type of candy or food to offer a patient who was recovering from fainting, and they didn't offer to lie her down either. I would say come here at your own risk because its dingy and dirty, but I would also say do not come here because the people are unprofessional and it could be dangerous.

Was told that I was at the wrong address. I know differently because it is in the office of my primary doctor and I have had blood work done there several times.

Went there for a biometric screening and Jessica was amazing. I usually struggle to find a tech who can find my vein right away, without leaving bruises all over my arms. That’s Jessica she found my vein right away, no pain, very delicate with her job. Love it. Will be my to go spot for sure.

The staff is unfriendly and incompetent. They did such a bad job that my arm was bruised and swollen after the blood draw.

Does not pick up the phone. I’ve been calling at different times during 3 different days and it goes to voicemail. I’ve left 3 voicemails and they do not respond. Extremely poor service.

I’m not surprised that I’m not the only one pointing out how rude and unprofessional the two ladies at this location are! Trashy and ghetto as people, labcorp do a better job at hiring people with professionalism, with etiquette!

This was the best LabCorp location I've ever been. The staffing was really attentive, polite and friendly. I did the check-in on my phone inside my car, shortly I was called in by text message and was out of there in less then 10 minutes. The staffing was the best part of it, they sure deserve to be recognized by the customer service they provide.

Need to update their systems - my doctor placed an order here and for some reason their system could not read the orders and they don't have a printer in the building to be able print out the paper copy I already had available on my phone. I have to make the hour drive back and come back another day to just get really important labs done.

This was a great experience! They changed leadership and this location is very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and courteous! Sheena was wonderful and got my blood on the first stick(usually it takes a couple). I didn’t have an appointment and walked in used the self check in and was called back a few minutes later! I highly recommend using this Labcorp location.

I wish there was something lower than one star because that is what this place deserves. The front desk is so rude and unfriendly. OMG!!…treat people with respect, that is not too much to ask.To be specific, the assistant working at the Katy location on 1/30/2023 at 3pm.

Print your orders before you get there. Look they do have rule and procedures that aren't super convenient but the phlebotomist, Leandrea did a great job. She was gentle and efficient. I had an appointment but didn't have my orders printed, my dr sent them in. they needed a printed copy They were able to send me to the eye clinic who printed my orders. Again not super convenient there was a solution. I took a take a deep breath and showed a little grace. We're all just doing the best we can.

A black assistant working on the morning shift on Dec 7 2022 at the front desk is the least kind one I have ever seen.I showed her the paper that my eye doctor gave. She blurted out to me that she does not understand why tests are struck through. I said I do not know. Then, she angrily snatched the paper I brought from my doctor and asked another as if I were a criminal. While I was waiting, all four white customers before me did not have similar experience. A black racist like her is as much bane to this country as kkk.edit: After submitting this review I saw others share rhe same anger and frustration. You do not have to be the next.

Said my results would be forwarded to my provider—they were never received. Keep trying to call, no luck. This is why US healthcare has its stigma.

You can’t leave a Zero star review, you have to click at least 1 star to be able to post but wow.. Zero star review.We called in the morning before driving to the office with our 1 year old son who was the one being seen. We asked specifically if they saw babies and if they had the butterfly needle and we were told yes. We couldn’t give him breakfast or water before the tests and with a 1 year old that’s difficult and hard on them. We get to the clinic and they tell us they DONT have the proper needles needed and we had to go to the other location, and we were told they did have the proper needles. We drive all the way over to the other clinic, checked in, waited 15 minutes with no one talking to us, so I walked up to the front desk to make sure they had the right needles. The lady told me they did not and she was VERY rude and condescending. Telling me they were “on back order” and being extremely rude about it. Extremely unprofessional especially for healthcare. We will never be testing directly with LabCorp again.
