This is one of the best nail salons I have ever been to. I ended up having a fainting spell halfway through and the staff was quick to respond. They got my a soda, ice, and a cool rag. I was luckily able to continue with the mani pedi, which by the way was absolutely beautiful. I will be coming to this salon whenever I’m in Texas. It was recommended by my sister and I’m very pleased with everything. If you’re looking for a nail salon; look no further. These ladies are top notch!

I went to this place. My first experience was OK. They were nice. So I decided to come back and I was there on Wednesday to get my feet in my hands done, which cost me a total of 60 bucks. They started on my feet and one person started on my hand then all of a sudden, the lady that was doing my feet she said I’ll be right back. She had to go pick up her baby from school. OK thinking this would be about 30 minutes now more like 40 minutes, but when she returned, she and immediately started back on my feet and it made a stop to start on someone else’s week. I never knew what happened to the lady they were doing my hand. she disappeared as well. I came in this place at 1:30 PM. I didn’t get out of there until after 5 PM. I guess they cheated to people that come down on a regular cause. These ladies didn’t have an apartment. They just walked in and the reason why I know it’s because The customer made a statement. I thought I’d take a chance on coming by and getting my feet done but then She She decided she was gonna come back and get them done cause if you don’t wanna wait she have to be somewhere at five. They told her no no problem to have a sleep back down And they would do her feet why they stopped doing my feet to do this Lady feed and her feet at this point I am done by 5 o’clock. I asked them to just give me the receipt so I can pay my bill and leave. Don’t worry about doing my feet But they hurry up I will polish you should see the polish on my beats in my hand. I am so disappointed and I left with a better taste in my mouth because who does a person like that that’s been in their money. I will never return back to that establishment again

We love these ladies so much. They always make us feel like family. They always took special care if my elderly mother. Nancy even came to the funeral with 2 Orchids to our on each side of the casket per their tradition. Beyond blessed to know these precious woman.

I called ahead of time to make sure they had availability. I sat here for 52 minutes before anyone checked up on me. My friend got taken care of and didn't like the way her nails came out. Inside is ugly. Management is horrible. Don't recommend. At all.

Wow! My usual nail place is under new management and I wasn’t happy the last time I went. I came here because of the reviews. I called at 12:40 and made an appointment for 1:15. I arrived 5 minutes late and waited about 5 minutes. Hannah did my nails and I’m so so happy with how they turned out. She did a great job and was so nice to me. The price of my nails was even better than my old nail salon. I definitely recommend this place and I will be back.

Was going on and off for years, did a walk-in with a friend ended up being a 40 minute wait. A little girl and her mom who comes frequently came in, she took the little girl right away and kept saying happy birthday. The girl finally said it's not my birthday. That's when we figured out she had no appointment and skipped in front of us. Very disappointing. Haven't been back since.

I have been coming to this nail salon for 18 years. I am extremely picky about my nails and pedicures and this is the best place in Katy. Probably the best place in Houston. They use high-quality products they take their time and care into the services they provide. Everyone is highly recommended- Nancy, Hannah, Annie, Mimi and Angel are all excellent! I have referred so many friends/family over the years and we all love coming here! You should give them and try!!!

I’m from out of town and I needed to find a quick nail salon close by. I must say they did a very good job and they do nails by the books they don’t cut corners this place is a very good salon I recommend if your in the cinco ranch or Katy area

Not a good place to go get your nails done they seemed rushed and the girl was very rough and rude don't get your nails done here they dont last that long mine only lasted a week barley they chipped easily
