From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel valued as a customer. Stephany took the time to listen carefully to my needs, explained my options clearly, and guided me through the process with patience and expertise. Her attention to detail ensured I found the perfect pair of glasses, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Customer service is always spot on from the staff. This was the 5th time the screw in ny glasses came out so I needed it to be replaced again. The service representative secured it so I wouldn't loose the screw again. When I went to pick up my glasses, he told me he might have accidentally scratched the lense. Long story short, he apologized and is having both lenses replaced.

I decided to finally get the smart glasses. I worked with Cody. From the time I walked in, Cody recognized my voice from the phone call. That alone was a 5 star review moment, to the time I left I have to say my experience was more than amazing. Cody was so patient with me. I also loved that I felt listened to. We played around with different color frames until he helped me find the perfect fit. We chatted about so many things. The best part is when I had to look straight for the measurements and not smile.. then at that moment I couldn’t stop laughing. Cody shared a laugh with me, understanding is an understatement. If you visit this location, please ask for Cody and you will see for yourself. My glasses came within a week (I thought it would take 3) which was more exciting. I have been going to this location for over 5 years and by far my last visit was the best visit.

I’ve always received great customer service from Lens Crafters at multiple offices. The office at La Centerra was also a pleasant experience. They gave me time to look for the perfect frames, made productive suggestions and were very friendly!

Fantastic service. They were able to find an old style of glasses and ordered it for me. Also, they showed me how much cheaper it was if i DID NOT use medical insurance, (What a waste of money paying for insurance)!

Shopping for glasses here was a real treat!
My wife and I have been to boutique and other chain stores, but we’ve never seen this level of attention to detail.
Olivia was so kind to my wife, she really helped her step out of her comfort zone and try something new. And guess what? She looked absolutely stunning!
