I’ve been going to this pool supply store for about 6 years.Helpful staff, on site repairs, lots of products to choose from, and reasonable prices for high quantity choices.I’ve had one warranty issue that could have been resolved more thoughtfully, but they followed the letter of the agreement.

I need testing and repairs on my Polaris pool cleaner and they came back with a price as much as a new one. Then gave me back my cleaner in a bag full of pieces. Plenty of other locations or pool supply stores.

Took over a hotel in February and have been having difficulty getting the pool right. Had a pool emergency while I was out of town and called for help. The gentleman allowed me to pay for my chemicals over the phone and I was able to send maintenance over to pick them up. He saved my tail.Came back with a water sample a week later and was told what I needed to do and purchased all the items at more than $300 and followed her instructions. Stayed up until 3am working on the pool. Came back the next day (today) with new water sample. I stupidly forgot to bring the card with me. I said I had a pic and had paid by phone before as well as all my previouspurchasesunder my account. She said that is not allowed and that she was planning on giving the guy a talking to. So I made an hour round trip for nothing and got the very helpful person from last week in trouble. I understand being cautious, however sometimes you could make the exception to be helpful.I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Yesterday, I left the water test on tray 1. did not received results through app like other Leslie's stores does. Called to store and said there is no water test to process, it was completely lack of service and waste of my time.

Rose maybe the best employee at Leslie's Pool on Mason. I have been a customer for over 25 years and Rose is always been their for me. But again she's not the manager, the manager is a ass. Nothing but smart ass remarks. Why don't you promote Rose?, I talk to neighbor, I even talk to others stores this guy is a jerk and has no business running any type of business. Everyone agrees. Come on district manager dump this guy!

I have been going to this store since 2010. They are very helpful, and going out of their way to make sure you have got all your questions answered and you are getting the right product. Rose, one of the staff, at the store is extremely knowledgeable. She is my go to person.

I called the Leslie's Pool Supplies at 430 S Mason Rd. to inquire about purchasing an umbrella. I spoke with Kersey who was very patient and respectable. Right away her answers were yes sir and no sir.The next morning I Went to the store met with Randy. He was just as helpful and courteous as Kersey was and was yes sir and no siring me the whole time. It's been awhile since I've had some really good customer service and I was really impressed with their Patience. Randy was very thorough and explain the difference in umbrellas. I end up buying one and was very happy with my purchase. I'm an old-school guy I believe that customer service goes far now days. I just want to thank Kersey and Randy for being helpful, courteous, and respectable. I hope the manager at the store realizes what good employees he has.Hector

Love this Leslies pool supply. I have never had a bad experience here. The employees are very knowledgeable and give ne discounts sometimes that i don't even ask for. I highly recommend this Leslies.
