Horrible experience!!!! Items went missing rats infested my unit and damaged a lot of my furniture and mattresses!! Ceiling in unit started to cave in!!! Also tried to move out the unit and got a message that I was past due and the due date is the 15 of each month!!! But my due date has always been the 20th of each month I have emailed proof and payment history to back up this as well I had the unit for over an year and I think would know what my due date is!! I actually have two units at the time and the price kept going up!!! I started out paying 160 to 200 for both units and ended paying 250 to 350 for raggedy rat infested units!! And rental increases would be because they changed their name or threw som paint on the building!!! I would not advise anyone to go to these run down rat infested units to store their belongings!!! I have a large following on social media and YouTube and I will be putting this company and their subpar shady company with no regard for other people’s property and money hungry tactics with all of my followers!!!

Excellent customer service. I was able to get a great deal for black Friday. The location is very clean and well kept. It isn't hard to find the units. I do recommend this location to anyone needing additional storage.
