I have had Lincare for 3 years or more. They treat me wonderful. Deliver my Oxygen tanks , & have in Next day during an Emerg also. They bring out my Machine That I use at night for Oxygen. All my hoses on time. Very happy with them

The worst customer service.... they make excuses instead of doing their job and help the customer. The people that use oxygen need it to literally live and they act they don't care. I don't mean to blanket the not caring, I'm sure some do, I know Jay does but that's it so far. Let's just hope my Mother does not have to suffer because of laziness or stupidity from this location. I am not a Karen but by God I am today. I am so upset they showed no disregard for their customer or their equipment they are selling and promoting. They do not deserve the one star but I had to give it to make this rant !

Respiratory Therapist Trisha went out of her way to make sure my father was set up with his ventilator comfortably and even came back to make sure everything was fitting well and properly configured for his needs. Adapting to this change has not been easy for him, but Trisha’s patience and help made it an easier transition.

I have been a patient with this company for a few years now. They’re amazing, their agents are always so nice, I have been working with Trisha and Nydia specifically for a while now, and they’re both sweethearts, and their work is fast and efficient every time! Definitely feels like it’s a team effort between the company and the patient
