Will mess up, lie, and gaslight you. They don’t always know what they are doing, will mess up a car, then try to avoid fixing damages they caused. If you read the reviews this has been happening for years now. Bad business practices, unhelpful people, they do not care about customers.

RUN AND TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! TERRIBLE PLACE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. WILL RUIN YOUR CAR AND TAKE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY! i would put zero stars if i could. i came there to put air in my tire and two seconds after i drive off my rim falls off in the middle of the road. i immediately returned, explained the situation to the old guy in the lobby (im assuming the owner) and he immediately starts being defensive saying they didn’t touch my tire and they did nothing. i kindly explain that my rim has never fallen off like that prior to me bringing it to them so if they could just put it back on. the younger guy that works there( later revealed to be the owner’s son) is the one who put air in my tire so i ask him directly and he says that he had to adjust my rim to put the air but that my rim was already bad in the first place?? again, my rim has never fallen off like that ever. i say ok bc at this point i just want them to stop deflecting and put it back. the younger guy puts it back on, while the owner is still insisting they did nothing wrong in the first place, being very defensive and rude. i say thanks to the younger guy and leave. later that day as i’m heading home, my rim falls off AGAINNN in the middle of the road. i have to stop and pick it up. i go back there this morning to let them know the issue and that my rim fell off 2x in ONE day after they touched it and the owner is extremely rude and defensive again, telling me they did nothing, my tire was already ruined and i must have hit a curb. i reiterate that i did not hit anything and my rim has never fallen off like that prior to me going to their shop and he proceeds to tell me to get out of the office then call the cops on me because “i ruined my own tire, i’m screaming, and refusing to leave”. mind you, i did not yell in any capacity, i just stood my ground against his defensiveness and he hated it. the cops ask to speak to the younger guy ( owner’s son) because he’s the one that “adjusted” my rim and the owner conveniently states that his son isn’t there (to protect his son of course) TERRIBLE , RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND DISMISSIVE MAN all around. did not once offer any solution. just repeatedly denied any fault in the matter. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.

Mr. Mohammed, was very helpful and letting me know he couldn't service my car but lead me in the right direction instead of taking my money. I appreciate him very much. A very up standing guy

I received a notification that my vehicle had a wet oil pan after my last oil change. I visited Lonestar, and they found no problem. They even showed me under the vehicle to reassure me. The service was excellent.

Brought my car in because the A/C stopped working. I figured I was in for a repair bill, but they took a look, pressed a few buttons, and just like that — it started working again. No charge, no upsell, just straightforward help. I really appreciated the honesty.

Muhammad is always nice and respectful. He had a great team of mechanics. I came in for a new starter and he gave me the best price and it only took them about 2-3 hours to replace!

The location is great for me. Let's start with the front door. I was greeted and asked can they help me. I needed door locks replaced, and I did bring them with me. The price for labor is high, but the quality of work and service is great. You get what you pay for I guess. And yes I will be going back for my ld high mileage car service every time. Oh and I got an oil change, so when I got home and went over the bill, they didn't charge for it, so I went back the next day to let the owner know and to pay. Guess what he said ? don't worry, it's ok have a great day. Mannn YESSSS I will pay the labor cost high or not.

Came in thought i needed brake pads, they told me i needed brake shoes instead then came to realize that i needed brake service on the rear and pads replaced on the front. They helped out alot and got me right would definitely come back

Great experience for a car inspection.. took less than 20 minutes and very friendly staff! Not going to waste my time any more at other shops who make you wait a hour even on a Tuesday
