Very Clean, Lady at the front (Susan?) was extremely friendly gave us a good show of the retail warehouse spaces they had available. Prices were very reasonable for what we wanted and have been looking for. Location is nice and easy to get to right of 529 between fry and 99. We decided to purchase a spot and will be recommending this place to anyone needing storage or retail warehouse space.

Worst experience ever with this place!! They wouldn't let me access my unit for 2 weeks over them fixing their facility gate! I do not pay almost 200 dollars a month for them to not let me access my things!! They are very unprofessional when i speak to them and rarely answer their phone. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE

Didn’t appreciate that my unit was locked because my due date is 2/21 and I paid 2/22 wow! One day. I tried to contact the office for explanation as to why no call notice which other storages normally have a courtesy of doing but no answer. Very unnecessary and there should be a window of notice. Rethinking my options.
