CAREFULL 2nd time I have had an issue with gasoline auto fuel causing problems 2025 spring and fall will not buy fuel there again

My driver had a flat tire so he went to the shop, they replaced the tire with a recap. When he got to the yard back in Houston the tire had fail on the walls. It did not last more than 50 miles. I called for a warranty and the person I talked to said the problem was because the air bags were not good, I told him to find another excuse because my trailer is spring suspension not air bags. After he said that since the just replaced one tire that was why it failed. No way, it failed because it was bad quality recap. I got charged almost $400 for nothing I believe they make enough money to accept responsibly!!!!
They should honor at lest 60 miles of warranty in a 400 tire!!!

I stopped in to have my headlights changed. David was courteous and explained the difference between the old light vs the newer led lights. I've been wanting those and he was kind enough to show me how to find them online. He also showed me that my right slack adjuster needed replacing. I appreciate this kind of customer service. Its refreshing to have someone being helpful and not just cranking you in an out. Loves keep him around.

Shitty that customers that spend 1000s of dollars a day, and this is the only loves stop that won't let you park if it's not in an actual spot. Power tripping employees. I'll stop spending 5k a month there min. No other loves says a word if we are in way they just knock, but here even if u are not in anyone's way they make u leave. Bc obviously they have no parking. And then stand there staring at u like u won't do it like a an adult is a child. Like you waiting for me to get naked for your power trip. There is no legal place for the people who drive the stock to your store that you charge over priced fuel to to then not let them park as customer. That is regulated by a law not to move. Yet all other loves let the drivers manage them selves and where they park. You wouldn't have a job, or a loves if it wasn't for us. Here's a good example a fire lane wouldn't be a fire lane if I didn't drive the paint to the store that sold it to a company that paid someone to paint it do they could open a store for u to work at, therefore if a truck parks in a fire lane just think it was t a fire lane until a truck parked there before with the paint to paint it. I agree place is dirty as hell like other reviews left, staff too lazy to answer question or get a manager when asked, they let regular trucks park in semi parking with. No trailer even on it. Employees have bad attitudes for most part. Except the Arby's staff was good. To be honest half the loves in Texas do not act like all the other loves and should not be used. But this one has more issues than any other in the entire nation combined and that's 1000s I have been to.

My husband stopped in with a steer tire leaking air. Johnny Jacob did a great job and got him out pretty quick. Got him back on the road and able to deliver his load before Thanksgiving. Thank you!

I usually stop at Love’s truck stops because they’re known for being clean and reliable, but this location really let me down. The shower I was assigned was not properly cleaned — the toilet seat was extremely dirty, and it looked like it hadn’t been wiped down at all. Drivers expect a clean, fresh, and hygienic environment, especially after a long haul on the road. Unfortunately, this visit felt rushed and poorly maintained. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their cleaning standards, because drivers depend on these stops for rest and basic comfort.

As a truck driver, I frequent loves a lot. Actually, I only go to loves but I have a question from management.Why is it that the gas station at the corner has better food than a travel center that caters to so many trucks on a daily basis. And is the stuff in the store are overpriced. Why?
One truck spends $700 or more on fuel. And you can't cater to your truck drivers Better.
