Today we visited the Lowe's Garden Center to make a landscaping package. Unfortunately, we left empty-handed. We asked for assistance to get two large trees, two large flower arrangements, and 10 bags of mulch to our vehicle. The sweet cashier directed me to an older grey-haired gentleman who I assumed was the supervisor. He was not helpful and didn't want to engage. His response was to get a flatbed. I asked if we could pull our vehicle to the side or get assistance moving the items. He said no. He only does that if you're buying 20 bags of mulch. Ummm that doesn't add up, pretty sure my purchase is worth more than 20 bags of mulch. Ironically, we always shop at Lowe's and I've been able to get help and pull my truck around in the past. I'm not sure why today was different. Clearly, this gentleman did not get the Lowe's customer service message nor did he care about a sale. Note taken sir, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Don’t do curbside. Ordered bags of topsoil, curbside sends me around corner of the building to a locked up gate. Calling store, and still nothing. Would have been faster to walk in and buy the dirt

Went earlier this morning to buy gardening soil and a support stake. Line in the garden center had at least 6 people in front of me. I asked the older lady who was just stamping prices on plants if anyone else could get on register and she told me no. I was quite appalled.
