I was very impressed with my visit here today to buy paint. Bradly was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He offered great and affordable suggestions and gracefully served several customers simultaneously. Give that man a nice raise!!!!

I would give a 0 star review if possible. Their online ordering system is complete junk and Their inventory management is even more piss poor. I was able to put in two seperate orders for the same item, that showed there was 29 in stock, i ordered 2 & 4 qtys. My order of 2 was filled, the order if 4 was not as it said it was delayed then was updated to say they were out of stock. In the past 3 days i have now made 4 trips to lowes to try and pick up or resolve both orders. Manager said there was nothing they were able to do on the other 4 items i ordred. Good luck picking up your online order, as there is hardly ever anyone in the order pickup and no matter how many times you press the help button no one will come. All in all this was a complete and utter waste of my time.

I shop here because of their experience employees and their customer service is outstanding. The store is well organized and clean and I could always find someone to assist me when needed. I recommend Lowe’s for my home improvement needs.

I went to this location to purchase a generator and parts required for complete functionality of the machine. I had an electrician with me to ensure I had all the required parts so that I would not have to make additional trips to the store. The generator was a trifuel, and one associate told me it was a return because they did not carry that item.. He was loud and wrong. Once the item lookup was completed, the generator was stocked TODAY. While standing there, the electrician opened the box to see what all was needed because I wanted to use natural gas to run it. The associate gave the electrician his box cutter to use. Then proceeds to tell us that we could not open it and could not return it once purchased. Well, why did you lend us YOUR box cutter, sir? I had done my research and knew this was the generator I wanted. The electrician responded and said no problem, but we are purchasing it and will not be returning it. Period. Then here comes associate Nickhole on the phone talking about a customer that was in her words "getting on my nerves", stating the lady called 15 times and she did not want to deal with her anymore and passed the call onto the male that was in appliance and told him to deal with it. This is your job Nickhole. She leaves and we later see her in another aisle while looking for the 50 amp outlet and she approached us aggressively, was very abrasive, never greeting us and while smacking her lips and being real extra told us we could not return the generator and that they had a policy of not opening boxes. Which is fine. But her customer service was horrible. Her attitude was ridiculous. Her tone was unprofessional. I could go on and on about how unprofessional she was. If you don't like your job, find another. If you don't know how to talk to paying customers, be quiet. It is not what you say, but how you say it. She owes us an apology for her sad behavior. If we had not been there for 2 hours finding what we needed for that generator, I would have left it there. Nichole, you need to do better.

The manager Scott or that is the name he give me before turn back and leaving me talking alone twice he been really rude I understand sometimes when is busy on this time the people get frustrated but is no any reason to be rude with anybody. I be honest I never write reviews but he deserve this 0 start

This is the second time that I did curbside at this location and nobody brought item out. The first time it was mulch after waiting I finally cancelled items and left. Today I was waiting curbside the same thing. Then I received a text thanking me for picking items up, but the items hadn't been delivered to me. I went into the store trying to locate the associate that said he delivered the item to me. They finally located my items room. I will go to Home Depot in the future horrible service and then to lie and said you delivered the item to me when you didn't.

Great customer service, compared to Home Depot, I personally like shopping at Lowe’s more. The staff here are always friendly, welcoming and attentive to your questions and needs unlike Home Depot. If I had to compare it, Lowe’s is like Target and Home Depot is like Wal-Mart, if you know what I’m saying. Overall, always great experience shopping here.

Went to this store to get another gallon of the paint in the attached picture. Marvin (maybe Erwin?) in the paint department said he can’t make it off of this. Needs the actual can lid in order to be able to do it. The picture shows the brand, type, sheen, even has the formula on the label but Lowe’s couldn’t help me match a Lowe’s paint color. This is the 3rd time in the last week I have been to Lowe’s and customer service definitely isn’t what it once was.

What you demonstrated proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that “ True Customer Care “ is deeply rooted within one’s fiber and not an employee handbook.
