I had the unfortunate experience seeing unprofessionalism and very low quality of workmanship delivered by lowes door contractors. I really like Lowe's, won't say the same about Trinity Exterior Group, Omar Riojas. I should have read their reviews before calling them. I don't know who keeps hiring this door business. Don't waste your time and money.

Please be careful having an interview at this location. How can you tell someone they are hired at the interview and will be calling them in 2 days to discuss hours and to come in for their drug test. Then 5 days go by and I receive this email. This is so unacceptable, and should be illegal. There’s people out here who are struggling to find jobs and need them desperately. Just to tell them they are hired, and then do this and ghost? Completely wrong and unethical.

Pro desk closes at 6 but for some reason the cashier says they don’t do phone sales after 4. Should change your hours or retrain

We purchased shades and we were not happy with the percentage of filtering and the fact that we were told the shades would be solar charging but what was installed was not. When it was delivered and installed I was handed boxes of cables to charge the blinds. I asked what those were for and the installer said to charge the blinds. The location to charge the blinds is 22 ft in the air. I have a disability so I can not get on ladders 22 ft in the air to charge the blinds. Hence the reason we wanted them to be solar charging. I contacted the guy who sold us the shades and he said he would make it right. After months of back and forth, we were told that since the person who sold us the blinds did not document any conversations and he no longer works there, they would not honor any solutions to make things right. All they offered was for us to spend MORE money for another set of shades that would be darker.....ON TOP OF WHAT WE ALREADY SPENT! How the hell is that making things right. I still can not get on a ladder to charge the damn blinds when the batteries run out! Do better Lowes! I will NEVER EVER shop here again. I will be closing all my accounts. They will never see a dime from us ever again.

I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience today at Lowe's on 2/21/2024. I was purchasing paint, and the first employee I encountered rudely informed me that they didn't work in that department and couldn't help. When I inquired about when someone would be available, I was given an unreasonable wait time that would have the store closed by then. As I continued through the store, I overheard another worker loudly refusing to assist a customer, stating they didn't know anything about the department. It was disheartening to witness such poor customer service. If my paint color is incorrect, I'll be heading to Home Depot. The service at Lowe's today was unacceptable, and as a blogger, I'll be sharing my experience on my page.

Customer service here sucks. I bought a new stackable washer and dryer and gave these guys plenty of time to deliver and install. First time technicians show up, no stackable part. Talked to a guy named Calvin Robinson to send another tech out with the part. Tech shows up, no part. There’s another part missing as well, so we still don’t have a finished washer/dryer, and Lowe’s can’t guarantee when it’ll be installed again. Customer service number doesn’t do anything because they blame the 3rd party delivery company, and delivery company blames Lowe’s. This is a miserable experience and I’m not buying anything from Lowe’s again.

Worst Customer Service ever!!!After Lowes came to my house to take measurement to install New shades, I ordered BALI Shades for a value of $5000 and everything went wrong!!!I had to visit the store 4 times to finally find someone competent to take my order, then Lowes canceled my order 2 times without informing me of it. Finally after contacting the store multiple times, we were able to order successfully the shades. I received the shades in 4 different deliveries other 45 Days ; few arrived with the wrong dimensions, 1 with a motor not working properly...As of now, no one from the store is answering to my emails... Even the Store Manager @Michael Spall doesn't seem to take the concern seriously as he doesn't reply to any of my recent emails...

Picked up several items. Before I got to the store, I used the APP to do some preliminary shopping and selected the items and checked their locations. Using the APP saved me time. It's very useful tool.
